Ideal location - walking distance to both Old Town and harbour, and all the bars and restaurants of Tomb of the Kings road, but quiet and peaceful.
Beautiful pool and garden area - everything we needed for a super holiday in the November sun. Sunbathing on the patio before 9am!

Fundamentally the villa was splendid thank you. The presale service was prompt and accurate, transfers were as expected and on time.
Staff from Roca services (Carrie) were really excellent and responsive.
In terms of the location, we chose it as we travelled with the grandparents who welcomed the ability to pop into town as well as use the beach, however nightlife noise did wake the kids.
The villa was spotless and very well presented inc garden.
Good restaurants - the Teppenyaki Place (not wabi sabi) was brilliant fun, the Italian trattoria on the corner near the villa was also excellent.
Tomb of the Kings is worth a morning as is Latchi.
I would recommend it as a holiday choice and would go again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. It is a lovely villa in a lovely position. The sun is on the pool nearly all day there are lots of areas to sit in the sun or the shade. The villa is very well equipped for a family with small children. Toys and games in the "treasure chest" even some new toys for us to open, outdoor toys for round the pool, books and dvds for both adults and children.The downstairs is very well appointed with lots of seating and three dining areas.
The villa is situated on a quiet, private road away from the main street but close enough to be able to walk to the restaurants at night. Some of the people who live on the road are from the UK and are happy to chat when you see them.
Our favourite restaurant is the Italian on the corner of the main road with friendly staff and delicious food, we havn't found better, we also liked the Bay restaurant and Andrias.Philipos supermarket is the cheapest in Coral Bay, about a ten minute walk from the villa but they do operate a free home delivery service.
This is the fifth year we have been to Cyprus we have always used Cyprus Property & Villas as we always get such good, efficient service. All queries and requests are dealt with promptly, nothing is too much trouble. Before our holiday the owner provided us with everything we needed for our toddler, high chair, travel cot if we needed it, stair gate and the new toys in the treasure chest!! We only saw the property manager once during our holiday when she came to change our bed linen half way through our stay.

We booked a week’s villa holiday through Cyprus Property Villas for the October half term week. Their website was excellent and the booking process easy. When speaking to staff at the company, they were also able to provide useful local tips and restaurant recommendations.
The villa itself, Villa Elada 1, was on the outskirts of Kissonerga, half way between Coral Bay and Paphos. We arrived at night and were surprised by the size of the villa, 3 large double rooms, all with en-suite facilities, a large lounge area and open plan kitchen. The ample sized pool was lit up attractively and the welcome pack of food and drink very welcome after the long trip - especially the bottle of red wine!

The villa was very clean and all the utilities in good working order. Christina, the owner, came to see us the following day and talked us through the villa functions, as well as bringing a nice box of cakes!!

The best part of the villa, other than the sheer size, pool area and view across the sea, was the location. Ideally situated about 1km off of the main Tomb of the Kings road, we were about 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay resort, with all the restaurant and bars and about 10 minutes drive to the larger town of Paphos.

I would highly recommend both this villa and the company and will definitely look to use them again in the future.

The property was great. We were really impressed with the standard of the entire property and felt that it was a very new villa, much newer than the 6 years old we found out it actually was. The bathrooms and kitchen were all really well maintained and well decorated - very modern. The kitchen was also very well equipped - it had everything that you would need. There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms which you don't often get. It was nice to have balconies from both bedrooms. The outdoor space was great with a table and umbrella, barbecue and pool furniture (we were only 2 people in a 4 person villa, so perhaps an additional 2 loungers would have been good if there had been 4 people). All in all a great place.

The location was fantastic as well. There were plenty of tavernas (more than we thought there would be) and a couple of bars, all within walking distance of the villa. Limanaki restaurant was excellent and we went there twice (booking definitely needed even out of season) The other tavernas in the area were all good, food was of a good standard and the people were all very friendly. With a 5 minute drive you were up in the Pissouri village with plenty more restaurants to choose from. The villa was also within walking distance of the beach. There was a very nice café/restaurant open all day on the beach with lovely views, great service, and great value food. Pissouri is a quietish place, not the kind of place to go if you want lots of late nightlife, clubbing etc, but for bars and restaurants it was great. We headed into Paphos one afternoon - not much of excitement here - unless you want lots of Brits, and a promenade with restaurants with ketchup bottles on the tables and pink and blue neon signs.
Big supermarket also within 5-7 minutes drive.
Airport only 25 minutes

We were very satisfied with Cyprus Property Villas and also the Propery Manager who visited on day 2 of the holiday to make sure that everything was ok.

Can I first say that this was the 3rd year running that we have booked through yourselves and we have been blown away with the whole process each time. Again we had a cracking holiday and would like you to pass on how impressed we were with the improvements the Villa owner had made (We visited the same villa last year.)

After a great holiday last year in this villa we chose to stay again this year and were pleasantly surprised that the villa had been spruced up and redecorated. It was already a nice villa but the changes have taken it to a new level. The kitchen which is a good size and well stocked and has been refurnished with modern appliances. The dining and living room areas are also comfortable, well furnished and provided plenty of room for our family of 4. The bedrooms are all of a good size, very nicely decorated and have plenty of storage. The two upper floor bedrooms have very good en-suite bathrooms and a great balcony with a superb view over the banana plantation down to the sea. Outside the property there is a superb swimming pool which again has just been spruced up with a new liner, fantastic table and chair set for al fresco dining, new sun loungers and a cabana which was ideal for relaxing with a cool drink. There is lots of space in the garden which is well kept and has two new bbq's one charcoal and one gas. One point to note is that this villa is in a quiet location and really requires a car to get you around. There is however a restaurant only 200 mtrs up the road and a picturesque and quiet marina/cove a couple of minutes walk away that also has a restaurant.

As mentioned above we were thoroughly satisfied with the the service you provide. The property manager was very helpful and we cannot express enough how happy we were with the villa and the changes the owner has made.

The villa is a nice sized villa with four bedrooms. One of these is in the basement which is noisy, as it is near the pool pump and heater, with no inner door so only a small amount of privacy. The villa is ideal for 4 to 6 people, 8 would be a real squeeze both inside and especially outside by the pool area. We would rate it 8/10 overall.

The location is absolutely superb with one of the best views in Cyprus, we will really miss the view. It is also well placed for all the amenities in Coral Bay and a short bus ride to Paphos town centre. There is a path down to the sea close to the villa but this is pretty perilous for anyone not completely fit. Would still say 10/10 for view and location.

We have been to Paphos many times and have travelled the whole area. We would strongly recommend:

- A trip up to Troodos to see the mountains, springs and scenery
- A trip to Pissouri, a really lovely seaside village and beach which is also near Aphrodite's rock
- A trip to Nicosia to see the city and get the history of the 1970's troubles with Turkey
- A trip to the Old Town market, good for lace and leather

As for Restaurants we would very strongly recommend:

- The Trattoria La Vigna in Coral Bay ( at the top end of the main street)
- The Almond Tree in Paphos (behind the aquarium in Paphos)
- The Atrion in Paphos (in the shopping centre opposite Alexander the Great
hotel)
- Theos on Paphos Harbour
- Porto Bello in Paphos (almost opposite The Almyra hotel)

The service from Cyprus Property & villas was excellent throughout.
Kevin the property manager was very helpful and any issues were quickly resolved, 10/10 for Kevin's service level.

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we were very pleased with the villa it had everything we needed, it was like a home from home after being out all day and the pool was a god send in the heat.
The area was quiet but, if you wanted noise it was not far away, but we do think you need a car, the village was very friendly and had some nice eating places.

We stayed in villa Theodora in Coral Bay, this was a lovely private villa with it's own swimming pool! It was nicely decorated and beautifully clean and very comfortable!

Villa Theodora is situated on a private housing development just off the main road after Coral Bay, the sea views from both bedrooms is wonderful. It is a nice quiet location and still close to all the shops/restaurants/bars.

I would highly recommend visiting Othello's, Andria and Coral King restaurants - the atmosphere and service is excellent and the food delicious!

If you hire a car whilst on your holiday Lara Beach is well worth a visit and the Akamas Peninsula is beautiful although be careful of the uneven roads! Aphrodite Waterpark is great situated near Paphos airport and Latchi coast line is stunning too!

My husband and I can't wait to visit Cyprus again, maybe in a couple of months from now for a Christmas break!

My family & I stayed at Villa Oniro Vista in August 2012. We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. We have stayed in villa's in Cyprus for the past 9 years and this villa was one of the best. It was clean and well presented. The area was very peaceful and quiet which is what we liked. The owners had arranged a very helpful file which provided us with so much information and tips. There are a few bars and restaurants locally but I would recommend a car as the villa is off the beaten track. Tala is a lovely unspoilt area of Cyprus and I would recommend people visit.

Yes the villa was lovely could find no fault.

The situation suited us very well it was quiet and lovely views.

Recommend taking a jeep round the lesser roads for good views and visiting villages off the beaten track and certainly The Blue Lagoon.

Locals very friendly and fish delicious.

We had a wonderful time, thank you! The property was beautiful, clean and well appointed, - well off the beaten track and quite some way from shops, bars etc, but we were happy to travel as surroundings were so beautiful. The owners were friendly and obliging, solving one or two problems that occurred as best they could.
We liked the beaches beyond Latchi and the coast line near to Aphrodite's rock. We enjoyed a boat trip around the coast to the blue lagoon, swimming in warm, clear sea and having a barbeque on board. Many of the beach bars were good value and their settings were amazing. We had a day in Paphos too, which was interesting.

The service we received from Cyprus Properties and Villas was excellent and I would be very happy to return to that or another property managed by your company.

We have just had the best two weeks in Cyprus staying at Villa Callista. The Villa it's facilities, views and location were fantastic.

The property was just as described. It was well equipped for 8 people and had all the mod cons you would expect.

The villa was clean and well decorated and the cleaners came in during the middle of the two weeks to change the bed linen and towels and to clean the villa.

The main attraction has to be the larger than average pool - it was 12m x 6m and probably the best pool we have ever had on holiday. It was not only extremely clean but also there were no broken tiles.

There was only air conditioning in the bedrooms not in the living room. We managed to get around this by not opening the main doors and keeping the downstairs bedroom door open which allowed the cool air from the bedroom to circulate throughout the downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms were lovely and cool.

Although situated on a main road, this did not have any adverse effect on our holiday and you really didn't notice the road noise at all. There was a restuarant next door to the villa but this was closed during our stay, as we hired a car, we went further afield for dinner.

Good restuarants to visit are Seriani in Coral Bay, The Moorings in Paphos and the best one of all has to be Molo Restaurant in Latchi. A little further to drive, but most definitely worth it - one of the best steaks we have ever had and very reasonably priced.

Lara beach is a must - just to see the turtles! It was well worth the drive, but the roads were very rough and you really do need a 4X4 to handle it. Troodos Mountains are also worth visiting but make sure you have plenty of fuel as there are no petrol stations in the small villages and the road signs are not very clear. The sea caves were also great - although again not very well signposted and we only managed to find them the day before we left.

With regards to the service we received from Cyprus Property and Villas, we have no complaints. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

In the period from 6 August to 17 August 2012 we have had a wonderful vacation in Villa Sophia. The expectations that we had basis on the photos are completely come out. A great comfortable home with fine terrace and 15 m away a nice spacious, clean swimming pool.

Villa Sophia is located on the outside of Paphos, on the road towards Coral bay. An excellent starting point to discover the city, close to the shops or to the beach of Coral Bay. The beach at 600 metres away is not suitable for a day at the beach. Villa Sophia is part of a complex, however, the terrace of the House is so situated that you are sitting free.

A few drawbacks are:
-traffic on the through road is well audible on the private terrace
-the swimming pool may not be used between 21.00 hours and 07.00 hours
-the directions from Larnaca Paphos is not clear

The owner organised our transport from the Airport.

The pool was great and cleaned twice a week.
