Hi there, we had a fantastic time thank you and the villa was everything we expected and more !

Property was excellent and extremely well equipped.

Whilst the location was quiet, that was the reason we booked it, so it didn’t cause us any issues and actually made the holiday more enjoyable because we didn’t experience any noise.

We mainly ate in after the first couple of nights (we arrived on the Sunday of Orthodox Easter, so had difficulty finding any shops open at first but on Tuesday we were able to go to the supermarket) but on our last night we went up the road to the Coral Bay Hotel as it was our friend's 60th birthday and the staff there were fantastic - they even produced a cake and candles when they found out, which made his night !

The all round service from you guys was superb and made for a very stress free break - and the security cheque arrived very quickly after we returned home, so thank you for that

It might be worth mentioning to anyone else who goes to the slightly outlying places and arrived on the Saturday or Sunday of the Orthodox Easter about the way pretty much everything seemed to shut down for the Sunday and Monday - not sure if it's the case all over, but it might catch some people unawares and cause them a problem.

The taxi service you provide the links to on your website was excellent (and the Russian lady who drove us to and from the airport and helped us with a hire car for a few days was lovely, friendly, a good safe driver and made us feel very welcome the moment we arrived) and I'd recommend it to anyone using your service to get their holiday off to a brilliant start, rather than chancing the standard airport taxis.

We're fine with you using our feedback for the site, hopefully it will help other people when deciding whether to use you for their breaks.

The villa is lovely and spacious, ideal for a couple or small family. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was lovely and well maintained. We did leave behind a few beach toys for the next people to use. The neighbourhood was quiet and neighbours were lovely and friendly. We even had our own visitors, 2 lovely cats kept dropping by for cuddles and a bit of food.
The views of the sea were unexpected. It was a lovely surprise waking up on day one and seeing how close we were to the sea. We took lovely walks along the shore every evening or so. We also got great use out of the BBQ. There was a shop about 1km from the villa, it was well stocked for everything you need. They have the best charcoal for the BBQ! There is also a drinking water dispenser at the top of the road to the shop, and the neighbour offered an empty bottle for us the use during our stay. It was only €2 to fill the bottle.

You definitely need a car to get around. The villa is quite a distance from the next main town of ayia napa. There are buses but not sure how reliable they are. We went out for meals most nights in ayia napa and would highly recommend 'Othellos' which is on nissi avenue near to the fun fare in ayia napa. The food was amazing, we went back three times. Also we would recommend 'yo thai', again, great food and lovely relaxed atmosphere. We did go to 'hobo's' in larnaca and that was amazing. I'd highly recommend the Ferraro rocher ice-cream dessert!
We went on the yellow submarine to go swimming at the caves near ayia napa. It was gorgeous. We also went parasailing in protaras. The beach there is beautiful but would see it getting over crowded nearer to high season. We also spent some time in konnos bay. It was bliss, we did more water sports there too. We'd recommend the crazy UFO for a bit of fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our cypruspropertyvillas holiday and would absolutely use this site again. The staff are so helpful and professional.

We were delighted with our choice of villa. Its close proximity to Neo Chorio and the town of Latchi was ideal and the views of the hillside were perfect. The swimming pool kept us entertained for hours! Long stretches of quiet beaches and the local baths of Aphrodite kept us busy. Hire a donkey for a laugh if you can. Hiring a boat from George's boat hire is strongly recommended to explore the coastline. Snorkelling in the blue lagoon was a highlight. We urge all visitors to try Smiyies Restaurant in Neo Chorio (10 min walk). He'll shower you in local dishes, he'll refuse to bring you the wine you ordered to showcase a better bottle, he'll throw in free salads and dessert even if you don't order it and your wallet won't even notice it. I think the two of us gorged on food and a bottle for no more than €30. We will definitely return. If you can brave a few potholed roads, Lara restaurant in Lara bay serves such tasty food and boasts a great sweeping beach. Catch it on a sunny day and you could sit on their terrace all afternoon. Try and spot the turtles!

This is the place to stay in western Cyprus.

The property was outstanding! The villa was very spacious, well furnished and equipped and in a very easy to find location. Far enough from the crowds to be secluded but close enough to everything you could need. There were a number of local bars etc but due to the Easter holidays most were closed. However, the tourist area was only a 10 minute drive away and has every kind of restaurant and/or bar you could need.

As for the service recived from yourselves, I can only say second to none. Very easy, uncomplicated and efficient. your help and assistance together with the information supplied by the owner made for a very stress free break. I never once doubted that I was getting exactly what I was paying for and I really cant thank you enough.

To that end, I would really like to pre-book this same villa for the same time next year.

I have added my comments in your original email below, I have been very honest so the downsides shouldn't be viewed as too bad, just me mentioning them. Thanks Again.

1. How was the your property?
Brilliant, as good as was advertised.
However, there were towels for 4 and we were a party of 6.
The main bathroom (upstairs) door did not shut without a lot of force (so very noisy) and had no key to lock.
Table tennis table is a good touch.
Plenty of space at front and rear of property.
Pool is a good size – we even used it in April.

2. Very good location – close to Pissouri village even with the hill up walk, easy on the way back.

3. Local bar Leo Sparti pub was very good.
Restaurants – where do I start. Hideaway, O’Vrakas and The two Friends were all superb.
Pissouri Beach is good as was the Kourium (very good value)
A trip to the mountains is a must. Troodos and onto Olympus.
Pissouri has everything you need, Petrol, supermarket, Pharmacy and loads of great places to eat.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by CPV before you travelled?
Very satisfied, your customer service could not have been better.

5. Were you satisfied with assistance from the owner or property manager?
All through you, but everything okay. They took the trouble to advise us that the TV was restricted.
We were sent driving instructions which are a good idea.
I spoke to the property manager once about a late departure, she was fine. I didn’t expect any other contact.

“I chose to stay in Villa Meltemi for the wheelchair access and competitive pricing. I found it to be comfortable and spacious, wide doorways throughout, level access and a very big bathroom and walk in shower, plenty of room for 6 people to stay comfortably plus plenty of room if you need someone to help in the bathroom or kitchen. It's not overtly 'accessible', just designed in a very thoughtful way. We had a lovely welcome from the owner and she did all that she could throughout our stay to help us find restaurants etc. to our liking. It was very warm at the end of March, and we used the pool (although the pool does not have the option of being heated and the water was very cold!). The area felt safe and easy, although you do need a car to get to any cafes or shops. I don't recommend the nearby restaurant, Inezes, they were very friendly but the food was not good. The area is amazing though, I like the rugged coast just down from the villa - look out for the shipwreck and the taverns around there, it's very quiet and off the beaten track, with an interesting coastline full of caves. I enjoyed the Adonis waterfalls, especially the spectacular drive up to them (but be warned, it's overpriced to get in). My favourite place was Latchi for excellent fish restaurants and a lovely beachfront promenade. You can walk for a long way and end up in a bar on the beach belonging to a campsite, it's a very friendly place. From Coral Bay there is so much to explore; the landscape is lush, the people are friendly, the traffic is non - existent and at the end of a wonderful day you get to return to your own quiet, comfy villa, borrow a DVD, and eat a simple meal on your own terrace looking at the sunset over the sea. Loved it!”

After stopping in Villa Yamas last September 2011, we were not let down again.Villa was spotless when we arrived & the welcome pack again very much appreciated. Really appreciated the electric blanket that had been supplied,plenty of blankets also & the mid stay clean. Apart from a small issue with the water heater & the fact the shower head could do with replacing we realy enjoyed our stay again.

The villa was lovely, good sized rooms and all appliances/equipment you should need (washer, dishwasher, microwave, dvd, ITV and BBC!!)

2. And the location?
Excellent location overlooking the sea giving astonishing views. Plenty of sun through the day. Perhaps a little overlooked by the neighbouring villas but probably only if they are going to sit on their balcony and watch you which I'm sure is most unlikely.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Having been to Coral Bay 4 times now my husband and I would highly recommend Andria's restaurant (especially the sea bass and steaks), The Bay restaurant (new in 2011) and the Italian's opposite the Bay restaurant. We'd also recommend The Millenium bar for it's staff (Robbie and Riko), service and atmosphere.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas before you travelled?
We were more than satisfied with the service you provided before we travelled - all queries were responded to promptly, the booking process was seamless and problem free and comprehensive directions to the villa provided.

5. Were you satisfied with information / assistance from the owner or property manager?
Yes more than satisfied. We did encounter a problem with the heating system but this was overcome for our period of stay to our satisfaction and did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday.

6. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
The villas is situated in an excellent location for the stunning sea views but is at the bottom of a steep drive which may causes difficulty for more senior people or those with walking difficulties. If you are hiring a car this can be disregarded and so I would recommend it for the views and tranquility.

How was the your property? villa elinista was just right for us. we had a lovely relaxing family holiday with everything we could need. the photos did not do it justice, there was so much space for the 4 of us and even though it was so close to the centre of the resort it was also very private.

2. And the location? We were just one street away from all of the restaurants and shops so we had lots of options when it came to eating out and entertainment. we were also close to the beach but mostly chose to stay in, enjoy the villa, catch the sun and read lots!!!.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? It was the first time our children had eaten in a Japenese restaurant and we ended up going back again because it was so entertaining. cant remember the name but it is the first restaurant you come to right oposite the blazing saddles bar. we also enjoyed the greek dancing and the food at othellos.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Absolutely. the property was spotlessly clean and well equiped. The pool maintenance person came twice in our 7 day stay, the first because he was due to come and the second because it had been windy the night before and he wanted to clear the leaves from the pool.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? If you could improve one thing it would be to heat the pool - there were 4 of us but only 2 of us could brave the cold pool. (Note from CPV - this booking was for the last week in October. Swimming pools are generally fine unheated for the majority of the year - from late Autumn to early spring is when they cool off, due to the shorter daylight hours and less intense heat from the sun).

Property was super.

We stayed there 4 years ago and hope to do so again.

La Vigna restaurant in Coral Bay was superb.

We had a wonderful holiday thank you and Paul from" In Safe Hands" (local management company) was brilliant.

Stunning, perfect! Only criticism from my bro was that there was no way of playing music through our i pods and the wii was great but there were no games and no battery in the controller!!

Lovely - the actual villa garden was very pretty.

Mystery Tavern outside polis – amazing local restaurant with fantastic cypriot food. Coral Bay beach was the best, lovely lunch at the hotel at the very far end of the beach.

Yes - apart from the directions.

Paul was fabulous, very helpful – we would never have found the villa if it wasn’t for him.

"We really enjoyed our holiday at Villa Fiveways.

We were pleased that the owner had provided a small welcome pack on our arrival.

We found the Harmony & Tavaras (that isn't the correct spelling but the one nearby on the beach) very good.

The local supermarkets were expensive & had limited stock, but we found a far better, bigger one about 7 mins in the car along the main road - keep going straight on just a few minutes passsed the turing to coral bay, its on the right hand side.

Although we are not a family that are particularly interested in sight seeing, we really enjoyed our visit to kourion (about 1 hour drive) & the tombs of the kings (just a 5 min drive).

We were on holiday with another family who rented the villa next door & that worked very well allowing us our own space but very easy to go between the two.

It was lovely that the owner had provided some inflatable pool toys, balls & bats to play with in the garden - in most of the previous villas we had stayed in, we have had to buy our own.

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed ourselves. We liked the villa and found the owner very kind and helpful.

Just as a general comment and not particular to this villa but to all villas in general, it would be great if pool towels were provided.

We have found the organisation and admin with Cyprus Property Villas very straight forward & efficient.

1 - The property was great, very clean, nice welcome pack when we got there, exactly what we wanted. Garry (local contact) was a very nice man.

2 - Location was good quite central to Coral Bay, Peyia and Akamas Penisula

3- For eating Coral Breeze was excellent - we have been going there for 10 years and have not had one bad meal, the owners are lovely and very friendly. Lara Beach is lovely and Troodos Mountains.

4 - Very satisfied with the service from Cyprus Property Villas. Very efficient and all paperwork sent on time etc. We certainly will be using you again.

Many thanks for a great holiday, just wish it could have been longer.

The property is really excellent, just as described in the info on your site. It stands alone high on a hill with unhampered view to the sea. The sunset views from there were unforgettable. The owner Kyriacos was there to wellcome us when we arrived and he introduced the property to us. He also had filled the fridge with the basic groceries. During our whole stay he was very friendly and helpful when ever we needed something from him concerning the property.

The location is very isolated and peaceful as we had hoped. If you wish to have real privacy this is your place. But you also have to have own car to be able to come and go from there.

In Coral Bay area restaurant Corallo is really good, at least if you want to eat local meals like kleftico, stifado or moussaka. A little further the restaurant Viklari (The Last Castle) in Peyia is definitively worth visiting in connection with your visit to Avacas Gorge.
If you visit the Troodos Mountains the restaurant Mylos in Kakopetria is definitively worth trying. Their speciality the local rainbow trout is really delicious and the place itself is also unique.


Again this time I was more than satisfied with the service, because I had problems in paying the bill with Paypal, that I could not overcome. But Lesley was more than patient in trying all the possibilities with me and finally helped me through.

We had the pleasure of staying at 4 Five Waves.
This villa was perfectly positioned for a very relaxing holiday. It was very easy to find and very close to the sea. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves each night and there really is no better sound. We could walk along to three very nice restaurants where the service was lovely and the food was great.
The facilities in the Villa were excellent and the pool was wonderful. we really could not have asked for more.
We were made to feel very welcome by Paul and will definitely stay in one of his villas next time we come to Cyprus.
I would highly recommend Five Waves.

The villa was better than we expected. All the bedrooms were large, kitchen and living room was very big, easily coping with six people. All area's were tastefully decorated and was very clean. The outside area's were clean and looked after with seating for all the family and the pool was cleaned twice weekly. Could not fault it.
The location was only two minutes stroll to Ayia Thekla beach which can be seen with no obstruction from the garden. The villa is on a quiet residential cul-de-sac where most houses are privately owned. A car is a must though.
Most restaurants and bars are in Ayia Napa but they is some good local ones only five minutes drive away. There is a supermarket five minutes walk away but, it is only like a tourist one. A large supermarket selling everything and a lot cheaper is fifteen minutes drive away in Paralimini. All the best beaches on the island are all within fifteen minutes drive. On the coastal road to Ayia Napa there is Marcronissos beach, then Landa beach and Nissi beach, plus in Protaras Fig Tree Bay is the best there. All have pure sand ,watersports and sunbed hire.
The service from the Cyprus Property Villas agent was very good and if we needed anything she was just a phone call away day or night.

Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. As we were made aware beforehand, not really a Villa more an apartment attached to owners home.

2. What was the location like:-

Great location for us. Car is essential. We were delighted with the location - a little way away from the 'popular' tourist areas.

POMOS - great little stony beach, quiet, peaceful and great for snorkelling.

4. Were you satisfied with Cyprus Property Villas:-

Yes , very satisfied.

We were a little unsure about having a meal included each day. (We half expected breakfast.) As it transpired, it was an evening meal.

Nitsa is a wonderful cook and we thoroughly enjoyed her food and they both made us very welcome. On a few occasions, we 'excused' ourselves so we could try local nightlife & tavernas. We were concerned at offending them - I hope we didn't because they were so keen to please and the food was really lovely!!

All in all - a wonderful holiday. We will DEFINITELY return to Cyprus, as there are so many other places we want to visit on the island.

Property was lovely, spacious and clean. Lovely location, felt safe and secure as it was on a very quiet street.

Sotira was lovely, quiet village, people were welcoming and wanted to talk to us which was nice.

The villa was in a quiet street within easy distance of all the shops, restaurants etc. As stated above felt safe and secure.

In Sotira we enjoyed the Square Tavern - the staff were great and taught us some Greek, food was delicious and good value for money. We liked Ploumin Tavern in Sotira - again lovely food and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed going on the Yellow Submarine in Ayia Napa - the boat had glass portholes all along the bottom to view all the fish. Again staff were friendly and helpful and we felt it was good value for money. The beach that we liked the most was Nissi Beach and we tried quite a few beaches between Ayia Napa and Larnaca.

Definitely. Service was prompt with answers to questions and you enabled us to be able to have the villa for 9 people, as the owners brought a "put you up bed" for my 4 year old son.

Only issue we had with the villa was that the fuse for the water pressure kept going off - we know that there has been a problem with the water in Cyprus but that did not explain why the fuse kept going off. However that was a minor point on the whole holiday.
(Owner has been informed and the matter is now being investigatied. Hopefully the problem will be rectified very shortly - 01.11.11.)
