The villa was modern and well maintained and the Owners very friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of a few facilities and the view from the villa was beautiful. We would highly recommend a restaurant near the villa called the Lucky Genie where the food was very nice and the people really friendly and we found the supermarket next door to be the cheapest in the area. Also, a restaurant in Coral Bay called the Siriani was really nice, the suckling pig was excellent and the steaks were the best we had in Cyprus. A trip up the Trodos Mountains is a must with fantastic views but, don't stop at the Waterfalls Cafe as it is very expensive. We were 100% satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas and would definetly use this company and the same villas again. Thank you for a brilliant holiday! Kind Regards.

We were extremely happy with the Aura Villa as it was very spacious, clean, well maintained and in a lovely setting. We used the pool every day which was lovely. The pool was well looked after and kept extremely clean which was very important to my husband as he looks after the public pool in the Plymouth Pavilions. The location of the Villas was good as you were able to catch a bus to either Coral Bay or Pafos. We did have a hire car for 4 days so we could explore the Island. There were several good restaurants bars within walking distance we found the Lucky Genie to be a friendly and welcoming bar which also sold nice food. Harmonies was also a good restaurant and we also enjoyed the meal we had at Hollies. Nadia who looked after the Villa was very helpful and sorted out any problem we had. As we had a late flight home we were able to stay in the Villa until we had to leave which was a blessing.

We would not hesitate in recommending these Villas to anyone who would like a holiday in Cyprus

I found the villa aura in Paphos wonderful.I have had family of seven holidays all over europe & USA for myself,Wife,son-in-law,son, And two Grandsons It was very clean,very well appointed and comfortable.It suited us all. the bast holiday we have ever had The family very,very friendly and helpful.I would would use cyprus propety & villas to rebook again. The webb site is easy to use, and the staff very helpful on enquiries.I recommend these villas and would use them again

Just arrived back from Aura Villas which I have to say were absolutely superb.

The owner George, was a gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very accommodating in letting us stay in the Villa until after 7pm on the day we left (at no extra charge). (We even asked him did he know where we could get a guitar and he appeared an hour later with 2)

It has been a pleasure to deal with you and George and would not hesitate recommending your company or Aura Villas to anyone.

First day back at work today and really wish I was back in Kissonerga!!

As you know this is my second, last-minute trip to Cyprus with the Company and as before, you were extremely helpful providing me with several options for the dates I provided you with. With flight times in the early hours of the morning, both going and coming home, I was extremely grateful for the way that you made sure everything was there for me when I arrived and also for agreeing the very late check-out.

You did everything you could to make it a stress-free experience and I am extremely grateful for that.

The villa itself was excellent. A great location, it had easy access to Coral Bay and Pafos both by car and bus. It was really well maintained, with a great pool/garden area with more than enough privacy. Fiona and Yiorgos
were very helpful, extremely friendly and provided just the right level of looking after us.

I had a great time, in a lovely setting and appreciate all your efforts in looking after us.

I'd definitely recommend both Cyprus Property and Aura to anybody.

Hello Kim and Denise,

I would just like to thank you for all your help in booking our perfect
holiday to Villa Aura, Paphos. You have been very helpful from day one
and helped with all enquiries our party had, regardless of how trivial
they were. The website was also very easy and quick to use, all in all
a very stress free booking. The villa...well...it was amazing, very
clean, modern and perfectly located in peaceful surroundings but only an
80cent ride on a bus into Kato Paphos which provides shops, restaurants
and nightlife. There were also sufficient shops within walking distance
of the villa and some very nice restaurants too. The Villa owner George
was really nice, he made sure we settled in well and checked on us
regularly although we didn't feel hassled one bit! We had a late
afternoon flight home and George asked the cleaners to clean our villa
later so we could relax in our villa until we had to go to the airport
which was great and he also arranged a taxi for us too which made life
even easier.

The only thing that we found difficult about the villa was leaving it,
it was like a home from home and we all settled in very well which made
it hard and even upsetting to pack as we had loved our time there so
much. The weather was also pretty perfect.

We will definitely be booking again with you next year and the same
villa!

Cyprus Property & Villa Company I would certainly use again. There was 15 of us in the party including 4 children and 2 young babies.

From the start of our booking until we arrived Kim & Denise where most helpful, arranging cots, booking taxi's founding out about local hotels and restarants.

I would like to say after a 4hour delay, arriving at the villa's was a most appreciated welcome pack of food and milk.

The villa's where wonderful everything we could have wished for and more. The owners where most helpfull in every way. It was the best Christmas I have had for years! even though it was the coldest December in Cyprus for a long time.

We had a gala christmas eve meal at the golden Beach Hotel, which was only a short walk from the Villa's. On Christmas Day we had dinner at the Golden Atlantica Hotel which was only 5-10 mins walk down the road (depending on how many sherry's you have had. This meal was superb a great Christmas Day had by all!

I can't wait to return in the Summer as I know we would not leave the villa as you have everthing you need, superb accomodation pool, bar-b-q and lots more.

When we decided to book a villa holiday in Cyprus the most obvious place to look was the internet, where there were many companies fitting the bill. The only one that responded to our enquiry - within an hour on a Friday night I have to add - was Cyprus Property Villas. By 10.30 on a Saturday morning we received a phone call to inform us that an email had been sent with a list of properties fitting our requirements. We found you most helpful, particularly as ours was a late booking, and the villa descriptions/photos were reliable. We very much enjoyed our stay at Aura Villas. Fiona and George were friendly and helpful - the barbecue evening was a nice touch and we got the chance to chat with other residents, as well as sample George's mother's roast potatoes, heavenly! The villas themselves are modern, clean, well equipped and conveniently situated for everything. Even with two teenagers in tow, we each could still find our own 'space'. We had two weeks of uninterrupted sunshine but the air-conditioning certainly made sleeping a lot more comfortable. We all appreciated the privacy of our own pool/patio and the planted areas around the villas add to the overall high standard of the development.

We found Cyprus Property & Villas to be very helpful and informative, always responded to our queires promptly. Their support and advice enabled us to make the right choices when booking our holiday.
The villa we hired was wonderful. It was in an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing break and not too far from the many restaurants/bars in either Paphos or Coral Bay. Fully equipped, clean & tidy. The owners, George & Fiona, were fantastic, on hand whenever required they even took us to the supermarket. We would definately book again and will reccomend to our friends and family.

As far as dealing with CYPRUS PROPERTY AND VILLAS is concerned, it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you. From my very first enquiry via e-mail, I received a phone call from you within minutes. Any questions or concerns I had after that were always answered expediently.The big positive for me was that you were based here in England and easily contactable. The week before we left for our holidays, I received a travel pack detailing everything I needed to know about the Area, the villa and local customs. It was really useful. On arrival in at Paphos airport, the first persons we saw were the taxi drivers holding a board with our names on. These were arranged by you with a special price agreed. On arrival at our Villa, we were met by George, one of the owners of the complex. He explained everything to us having welcomed us to Cyprus. The next day he turned up and took us to the supermarket without us asking for anything!! He recommended the restaurant on the sea front called DORIA'S, so we gave it a try. The food and service was excellent and we ended up eating there virtually every evening of the holiday!! The villa itself was brilliant. It was very clean, and furnished to a a high standard. The location of the villa was a major plus for us. It definately met all our needs and requirements.As we don't like too much commercialism, we were only 5-10 mins away from Coral Beach and 15-20 mins away from the Paphos harbour region, which were easily accessable via the excellent bus service which stopped just outside our complex. I won't ramble on any more, except to say a very big thank you to you both for the excellent way you conduct your business and for all the arrangements you made for us. You took all the stress away from me which was brilliant.

Just started back at work today after my holiday so I am finding it a bit
tough! Anyway I have found the experience of using your company a very positive one
and would have no hesitation in using you again or indeed recommending you
to others.I think your website is excellent and easy to use and had no
problems at all with the entire process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the villa lived up to our expectations
in every way with no complaints at all. I have to highlight the welcome and
hospitality extended by George and Fiona, they went out of their way to make
sure everything was fine and there is a lovely atmosphere about the place
which is down to their attitude towards their guests.

We would most definitely use you again. The villa (Aura Villas) was amazing and just the freedom to come and go as we pleased was great. We especially loved having our own pool without strict hours so on arriving at 11pm the first thing we did was jump in the pool! The accommodation and service provided by the villa hosts was exceptional. Special thanks again to the hosts as one baggage item never made the flight but the hosts assisted us greatly in recovering the case (even though there was never any expectation on them to do this of course). What a truly amazing holiday - villa holidays are most definitely the future taking the best of luxurious accommodation, private swimming pool and great local facilities all at a very cost effective price - what more could you ask for?!!

The villa was excellent. The pictures didn't do it justice! The villa was clean, spacious and had everything you could possible need for your stay. Fiona & George were friendly and made sure I didn't feel alone. Well located for both Paphos, Coral Bay & Peyia. Hospitality was amazing, Villa was spacious, clean and well equipped! Just wish I had more vacation time!

We arrived late in the evening in the dark but Georgio was still waiting for us. The welcome pack was appreciated, Milk, Bread etc saved us the bother of finding a shop in a strange place that night. The next morning Georgios father arrived and introduced himself bearing a gift of two hands of locally grown Bananas which were delicious.
Now in the full glory of the Cyprus sun we saw for the first time the wonderful views across the bay to Coral Bay and Sae Caves. The sea was the most wonderful Azure Blue.
After breakfast we were off to the nearest supermaket, in the car! Two hundred meters along the road we found "Crazy Spoon" supermarket, Bar, Resturant, Snooker hall etc. So short work of that then and back to the Villa to try out the wonderful pool. Was it going to be cold? Not a bit of it. The solar heater in the sky saw to it that we had bath warn swimming water all the time. We have never had a pool that was so well maintained. Every day one of the family (don't know his name) came and tested the Chlorine levels and made sure the water was safe for us. The equipment surpassed our expectations. The dishwasher, washing machine (which I am sorry to say was used), cooker, the furnature, the showers and bathrooms were all of the highest standard. All the family at Aura Villas are to be commended for their work and effort to make our holiday a happy and memerable one.

From my first enquiry before booking the Villa Kim was so helpful in guiding me to choose the correct Villa to suit our needs. Kim obviously knew the properties she representa very well and was able to understand the needs of her clients to ensure they get the right Villa. Her influence with the car hirer ensured that we got a car that was suitable for our party. We will not hesitate to hire a Villa through you again.

The information and photos on the Cyprus Property & Villas website are spot on. It is easy to negotiate and enjoyable to use.

We had a wonderful holiday. Our Daughter and new son in law were married at Pegeia in the most glorious sunshine. I have never seen them so happy.

We had a fantastic time, the villa was fabulous and really ticked all the boxes and provided something for everyone, we had good access to the main beach, we were walking distance from a small cosy bay and a short drive from the harbour and its restaurants.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the pool was great. George and his family were most welcoming and honestly we were made to feel like part of the family and not tourists. They were the nicest we have met abroad. Thank you once again, we will always recommend your agency and doubtless be in touch next time we decide to go to Cyprus.

The Aura Villas are in a first class location, the quality of the villas is first class and the friendliness and family atmosphere is also first class. I
can honestly say that at the end of the week Barbeque held in our Villa Number 8 last Saturday – everyone was impressed with our Villas – saying how much
better they were than their own.

What to say? beautiful villa, beautiful country. We were particularly struck by the very friendly and very helpful approach of the owners.

We had an electrical problem with the villa - no electricity one night and half of the following morning - but we will remember the the fast, friendly, couldn't-be-more-helpful response rather than the problem itself.

Cyprus Holiday and Villas were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was better than stated on your website and the welcome we received was good and informative without overpowering. George and Fiona (the villa owners) were extremley helpful with information and could not do enough to help. By the same token we were left to our own devices to have plenty of privacy.
The villa was extremley well equiped with all the latest appliances, we could not of wished for anything more.
Views were great and although we had a couple of rainy days nothing could spoil the villas good points.
DVD's are good to take as the satalite telly only had a few english channels: - VH1, BBC World, BBC Prime and Euronews.
For food shopping, there's a good supermarket (Pampanpinos) or something like that, just through Kissonegra and a cafe with good cheap food to eat in or take away.
Lots to see within 30 mins drive of the villa but if the good weather is around you really do not need to travel far.
