We were very impressed by the service that we received in booking our villa, and also the villa itself.

We found that your responses to enquiries and requests to be incredibly fast, and excellent advice was given to aid the choice of villa and location. Of particular note was the fact that a few months after we had booked the villa, you discovered that building work had started behind the villa, notified us of this, and offered us a full refund of deposit if we wanted. We were so impressed with the service we had received that we made sure that the alternative we booked was with yourselves rather than a different company.

The information pack you provided before the start of our holiday contained everything we needed to know. You have managed to combine the ease of internet booking without losing the personal touch - excellent.

Villa Haven is a lovely villa which has all the facilities that a family needs. It is located in an ideal position, just 5 minutes walk from the main street of bars and restaurants, yet far enough out not to be affected by any noise. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, but we found that we did not use the beach as much as expected due to the lovely pool where we could relax without being overlooked by other properties.
