VILLA ZARA - is conveniently located a short distance from the shops, bars and restaurants of the popular Coral Bay resort and about 10 minutes walk from the soft, sandy beach. The nearest bus stop on the route to Paphos is less than 5 minutes walk. Paphos is about 15 minutes drive to the east and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula the same distance to the west.
The entrance hall leads to a large living space with comfortable seating for 6 people and a dining suite with seating for six.
There is a TV with Satellite and CD/Radio/Cassette player.
Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the terrace where there is a large patio table and six chairs. Steps lead to the garden and 8 x 4 pool, loungers and umbrellas. There is off road parking and a built in barbecue.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample cupboard space and a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs are three well furnished, air conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite facilities and a balcony with sea and inland views. There are a further two twin rooms one of which has a balcony and the other has a double aspect to the coast and hills.
The property is serviced on a weekly basis and includes all linen and bathroom towels.
Air-conditioning which is provided in the bedrooms is included in the price.

We had a lovely holiday thank you.
Villa Zara was perfect we had walked by it last year when we used the cut through at the end of the road.
We found the short cut to the beach which James loved as he could mess about on the scrub land one day a man who was picking lemons gave him one, which made his day.
The villa was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was really well equipped.It was lovely to sit on the terrace every morning to eat breakfast and watch the sun come up over the mountains. Gary and Louise were very helpful and it was good having someone who we could contact with any queries.
Coral Bay beach is just brilliant but the food and drink expensive.
Our two favourite restaurants were the Italian on the corner as you reach the main road really lovely food and the Elephant at the other end of the main road where we have eaten many times over the last 3 years, always being made very welcome and the food is great.
Cyprus Property Villas service has always been excellent. When Julie knows exactly what you are looking for she will always try to match your requirements to the villas she has available. When we had a last minute problem this year she sorted it out for us. We always feel confident in booking through Cyprus Property Villas that everything possible will be done to make sure you have a lovely trouble free holiday.

"Thank you for the email and I'm very happy to comment on our visit to
Cyprus.
1. The villa was excellent and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed
in the kitchen. Lovely swimming pool and a nice area to sit outside on an
evening with a glass of wine.
2. Coral Bay is only a 20-25 minute bus ride from Paphos, we found the
buses very good and cheap, 1.50 Euros each way.
3. It has plenty of restaurants/bars, Phidias Bar has good food and the
owner is very friendly. Also a very nice beach and family friendly. We were
on holiday with our daughter her husband and two young babies.
4. Louise and Gary (our reps) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable
about places to visit, taxis to use etc.
5. I would also like to thank your staff who were extremely helpful
when we were trying to decide which villa to book and also answered any
questions which I asked with a very quick response. I would definitely
recommend you to any friends/relatives who are thinking of booking.
Many thanks for all your help, we had a lovely holiday and we were also attending a family wedding in Paphos which was lovely.

2. And the location? couldn't have been better
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?- Phidias tavern best for meze and friendly service definitely one to be recommended!
