The Zalakia sunset luxury Villas are situated in an ideal elevated position between the beautiful village of Peyia and the famous Coral beach with great sunset views and privacy.
All are fully equiped with air conditioning and heating and available all year around. Zalakia Holiday Villas were completed in 2005. The villas are just 1 km from the famous Coral beach which is consider the best beach in the Paphos area. The complex consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom detached villas. To Kato Paphos (tourist area) and Paphos Town it takes approximately twenty minutes by car or by bus and the bus stop is short walk away from the project.

The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV, CD player and radio. The fitted kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, full set of crockery.
The bedrooms on the first floor have large balconies with table and chairs to enjoy the view and sunsets.
The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 8 x 4m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an out door shower.
