This villa is in a quiet location, and very tastefully furnished
The villa is on two levels and sleeps up to 4 people. For an additional person a z-bed can be hired for a small charge paid locally.
The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with seating for 4, a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs this also lead to the garden.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, frigde/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a balcony that overlooks the pool and gardens and this balcony you can also see the sea. The other bedroom is a twin.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs.
Allocated parking is provided.
The complex has a large swimming pool that is surrounded by trees, flowers and shrubs. Sun beds and parasols are available around the pool.
Additional features of the cottage include a DVD player, local satellite television, CD player, radio, iron and ironing board.
Linen is provided but not beach towels
The beach and bars/restaurants of Coral Bay are a short drive away. The villa is in the traditional village of Peyia
