This immaculate villa is ideally situated, just 200 metres from the beach of beautiful Pissouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Lemessos and Paphos.
The villa is decorated to an extremely high standard throughout with modern furnishings; the villa has been specifically designed to cater for luxury villa holidays.The spacious ground floor consist of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable settees and offers a flatscreen TV with Sky Satellite Free to Air package, a home cinema ( DVD) and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, a filter coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining table comfortable seats 6 people. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead to terraces and the enclosed garden.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite shower room .There are also one twin bedded room and a family bathroom. All 2 bedrooms have private balconies with open views.
There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area, which can be used for both heating and cooling and which are included in the price. A safety deposit box, hairdryer and beach towels are supplied, with a baby cot and highchair available upon request. Wi-fi internet access is also available at a small charge.
