Vineyard Bay Villas - A modern luxury villa, newly built with spacious rooms and private pool located in a quiet position in Pissouri. The villa offers fantastic Mediterranean Sea views and is within easy reach of restaurants, beaches, and other amenities.
Located on the fringes of the Pissouri vineland development, this villa gives you direct sea views as well as offering easy access to all amenities.
The exterior of the villa boasts a beautifully landscaped private garden with pool. A shaded seating area by the pool is perfect for al fresco dining or early morning continental breakfasts.
This is a large villa forming open plan arrangement with dining area and kitchen. The villa is newly built so everything is in excellent condition from the kitchen modcons to the lounge furniture. No expense has been spared.
There is a WC adjacent to the entrance area of the villa.
Both the dining area and lounge have large doorway leading out into the garden and pool area.
The upper level houses all two bedrooms, the master double room featuring an en suite bathroom. There is a family bathroom for the second twin room. The front facing bedrooms have private balconies, perfect for sundowners as you look towards the Mediterranean Sea.
All amenities are within a short walk, including the sandy beach. This is the ideal spot to capture the essence of Cyprus. We cannot go on enough about Pissouri as a location, we will leave you to enjoy it and draw your own conclusions.
This villa is very highly recommended.

We have had a wonderful holiday in Pissouri, due in no small part to the fact that we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom property in 'Vineland Sheromyli' which we were delighted about. Whilst similar in design and quality to some of the properties in Pissouri Bay, Vineland Sheromyli was brand new and up on a hill with great views and much nearer to the village (walking distance) which is what we preferred. So property and location perfect! Just one thing you might mention to the owners - I feel it would be helpful if there were instructions for the various electrical appliances.
There are several good restaurants in the village but difficult to be specific as everyone's needs are quite different, but should anyone want to spoil themselves the Columbia Beach Resort Hotel is worth a visit, perhaps be warned - expensive but excellent.
As I mentioned, we have been to Cyprus many times before but this villa was the best and I'm sure we will go to Cyprus again, watch this space! Thank you for all your help.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cyprus Property & Villas to my friends and family. The booking was simple and straight forward and they even recommended the cheapest return flights to Cyprus!
The villa was fab and ideal for a quiet holiday. We were looking for a quiet, but centrally located villa with that extra factor of comfort and Cyprus Property & Villas delivered on every level.

Cyprus Property and Villas as a company was fine
The villa was absolutely first class and provided everything necessary for a self catering villa holiday. The owners have clearly taken a great
deal of time and effort to ensure that facility wise clients at the villa will want for nothing. This ranges from outside around the pool to the
tv/surround sound dvd and well stocked china/glassware/cutlery cupboards.
The quality of the fixtures and fittings was excellent.
We were met by the owner who was very friendly and helpful but not intrusive in any way. I
would recommend this villa without reservation to other holiday makers.
