This newly completed luxury villa enjoys a private position, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountainside. Within easy walking distance to several beaches and Coral Bay's wide range of amenities the villa is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday destination with all mod cons and an excellent bus service meaning there's no need to hire a car!

Situated in a quiet corner, on the Eastern outskirts of Coral Bay centre, the villa benefits from a feeling of openness with peace and quiet in abundance. Sitting out on the properties sun terrace or balcony you could literally hear a pin drop at times as the sun shines down, providing all the warmth you could wish for on a relaxing Cyprus villa holiday.

The villa itself is set at the end of the cul-de-sac in a small development, and is entered by private road then driveway. The villas frontage is characterised by beige tones, stone pillars and wooden pergolas, set off against the landscaped gardens and wonderful mountain backdrop. As you walk up the private driveway, you see the well manicured landscaped garden and large (8m x 4m) private pool and sun terrace before accessing the property.

As you enter, you are immediately taken in by the modern furnishings and design. A small reception area leads on to an ideally sized kitchen with modern appliances, then lounge which features comfortable leather sofas, Silver TV and DVD player for entertainment. There is further benefit of a downstairs bedroom, with access to the adjacent shower room for convenience.

Upstairs there is a twin room with 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes, master bedroom with double sized bed and fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin. Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony which affords sweeping Sea and Mountain Views in the most peaceful setting. A table and 4 chairs have been provided as have sun loungers to enjoy breakfast or coffee on the balcony, admire the local nature and to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces set with sunbeds and parasol. The pool terrace, accessed from both lounge and downstairs bedroom offers shade, and is set with table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining. With large Gas BBQ included, this provides the ideal place for relaxing, taking in the views and spectacular sunsets, alfresco dining and socialising with your party. The carefully landscaped garden at the front and sides adds to the appeal.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. There is an electronic safety deposit box and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof.

holiday testimonial Many thanks for arranging such a fantastic holiday, the service we received from you was excellent, and we will definitely be using you again next year.

The villa was lovely and exactly matched the description given. We were lucky as we were the end villa and so had that little bit extra privacy The location was good, as shops and bars about 5-10mins walk depending on how fit you were (very steep hill you had to climb to get to the top, the relief was immense, next year we will have a villa at the top of the hill). There is a stoney beach about 2 minutes walk from the villa which was good.

The best place for breakfast had to be Hectors bar (the 2nd bar you come to after the hill) my husband passed there one morning as they were dishing out breakfast and couldnt wait to tell me, so we went there almost every day. Giant breakfast is 3.95 euros and well worth it, absolutely scrumptous. We went into all the bars on the main street (and apart from the football that was being shown in all of them) they were pretty good depending on what you wanted Zentas is good for chilling out and people watching, Millenium bar was gud for entertainment (they had Chris King Elvis impersonator on bit cheesy but still he was very good).

The weather was perfect for the 1st 2 weeks and then sadly 1 week of intense thunderstorms and rain, but we still managed to sneak in some sunbathing in between showers.

The pool at the villa was cleaned twice per week, and it was great to have a washing machine and dishwasher available, as less housework and less dirty laundry to bring back.

On the whole a great holiday, we cannot complain about anything as this was to be a total chill out holiday and that was exactly what it was. Many thanks again for the excellent service you provided, and the excellent service from the Homestager company that took care of us while we were there."

holiday testimonial Yes we are back and catching up with things at home after a
fabulous two week holiday.
The villa's accommodation and location were excellent- just a 10minute
stroll up to the main street of Coral Bay where all the main bars and
restaurants were situated. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable,
the lounge was spacious and facilities provided were excellent. We
were in Cyprus for our daughters wedding so were busy meeting and
greeting family and friends who were arriving at different times for
the big day which was on 11th August- so we did not have time to go on
any excursions. After the wedding the younger members of our group went
for a day out at the water park and had a great time. We did hire a
car which was reasonably priced and delivered to and collected from our
villa with the minimum of fuss.Our villa was cleaned once during the
fortnight the only problem being that our information pack did not tell
us which day it would be cleaned. Our favourite restaurant was the Rio
Grande ( Mexican} at the top of the hill- excellent food at a
reasonable price. We will definately consider going back to Cyprus in
the near future and would have no hesitation in using your company
again.
