UNIQUE & VERY PRIVATE 3 BEDROOM VILLA
beautifully situated just outside coral bay on the akoursos road & being positioned on a small hill on the edge of a game reserve gives the villa fabulous views & ultimate privacy in all directions ( watching the sun go down while dinning outside ).
There is a long drive leading up to the villa with flowers & shrubs on either side, above the entrance door is a tiled veranda roof that covers the porch & front veranda, the front veranda is very large & open plan with magnificent elevated views of coral bay & surrounding areas, with outside table & chairs ( ideal for dinning & watching the sun set). There is a small set of 2/3 steps leading down to the sun terrace & pool area with sun beds & umbrella, around the the pool is a large patio with flowers & shrubs around the edges & (no neighbours over looking)another set of small steps leading up to the private BBQ area with outside table & chairs. Plenty of shaded veranda all at the rear of the villa. Higher up on a raised patio is the washing area with washing line & outside washing machine closet leading onto side balcony & stairs to drive. There is an additional lower level ( with an outside bar, large infinity pool & veranda).
On the inside the newly fitted quality kitchen & dinning room are open plan with 2 large arches leading to the living room, with leather sofas & oak coffee tables, tv stand etc. There is a playstation & large selection of game, we also now have broad band for internet access. From the living area the stairs lead to half landing with bedroom 3 & 1st bathroom, another set of stairs to landing where 2 further bedrooms & 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning, blackout curtains & built in wardrobes.
There is an iron & ironing board , a safe & baby cots .
