SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM VILLA
situated just outside coral bay on the akoursos road, being positioned on a small hill gives the villa fabulous views & privacy. there is a long drive leading up to the villa with flowers & shrubs on either side, above the entrance door is a tiled roof that covers the porch & front veranda, the front terrace is very large with magnificent views there is also a garden table & chairs ideal for watching the sun set, there is a small set of 2/3 steps leading to the sun terrace & pool area with sun beds & umbrella, around the the pool is a large patio with flowers & shrubs around the edges another set of small steps leading to the BBQ area with garden furniture & shaded veranda at the rear of the villa, high up on a raised patio is the washing area with washing line & outside washing machine closet leading onto side balcony & stairs to drive & lower levels.
