Victoria Villa in Tala, near Paphos, Cyprus is a new luxury villa with private pool, three bedrooms (one en-suite) that sleeps six. The villa has lovely sea views, corner position, dishwasher, washing machine, fully air-conditioned, enclosed garden, gazebo's for shade and nicely equipped for you to have a relaxing holiday. The villa is situated on the edge of the thriving village of Tala with shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance, and an easy drive to the beach and sea at Coral Bay. The villa is spacious, bright and airy with colourful furniture and has everything you would need to accommodate six people in comfort. The villa is over 2 levels with living accommodation on the first floor and bedrooms and bathrooms with access to the private pool on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a large open plan area comprising lounge, dining area and kitchen. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. A covered outside terrace opens off the bedrooms to the garden area and private swimming pool. DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR
The front door of Victoria Villa opens into the smartly designed and furnished open plan area comprising lounge, dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. The villa’s kitchen is large and very well equipped, including a dishwasher. Between the kitchen and dining area there's a granite topped breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has a solid wood table and six chairs with doors opening out to the outside balcony area which can be utilised as an outside dining area and admiring the views. The airy lounge area has a three and a two seater sofa - perfect for relaxing in front of the large flat screen television with Satellite and DVD player. From the lounge, doors open out onto the aforementioned balcony. Making up the first floor level is a cloakroom/wc for convenience. Downstairs, The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom including a shower cubicle. Doors lead out to the lower terrace, which has lovely views across the garden, the private pool and the fields to the sea at Chlorakas. The covered terrace is furnished with a wooden table and sofa set perfect for relaxing in the shade. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both are bright, airy rooms with fitted wardrobes. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. Making up the lower ground level is a cupboard with washing machine. The villa has ceiling fans to the lounge and master bedroom, there are portable fans in bedrooms 2 & 3. Victoria Villa is an attractive villa with stone detailing on the front with an archway porch for the front door. A short driveway leads to carport built to the side of the villa, perfect for keeping the car cool in the heat of the summer. The landscaped and enclosed gardens include an 8m x 4m private swimming pool with shower, surrounded by areas for loungers and a barbeque. The villa has six loungers and 3 umbrellas as well as a gazebo to make the most of the private pool area, as well as a gas barbeque for alfresco dining. 2 Chimenea's are supplied for atmosphere on cooler off-season evenings. The whole pool area enjoys amazing views towards the Sea in a Southerly direction. A portable swing seat allows you sit and gaze at the Sea or Stars and assists relaxation at your private holiday villa.
From Victoria Villa it's just a ten minute* stroll into Tala village where you'll find a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Picturesque Tala Square is just 1.5km away and is popular for lunches, relaxing with a drink and evening meals on the verandas of the good quality restaurants, many with stunning views over Paphos and to the sea. Tala is a popular and growing village north of Paphos, set on a west facing hillside looking out over the blue Mediterranean Sea. Immediately north of the village is the famous Agios Neofytos monastery dating from 1159. In the fields around Tala you'll find vineyards, orange, lemon, olive and almond trees and banana plantations. You can drive to Villa Rosina from Paphos Airport in about thirty minutes. From the villa it's an easy drive into Paphos for some of the best shopping you'll find anywhere in Cyprus. It's also an easy drive to the centre of Peyia, a vibrant community stretching from the bright lights of Coral Bay to the traditional centre of the old village. There are a good choice of beaches within an easy drive. Try Coral Bay - a great beach with every amenity and water sports you could imagine including diving. Alternatively drive up the coast road into the Akamas Region to enjoy the deserted beaches of Lara and beyond. From Tala the attractions in Paphos and renowned Paphos Aphrodite Water Park are also easily accessible, as are numerous archaeological ruins in Paphos such as the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Archaeological Park. There's a golf course at Tsada (now known as Minthis Hills) approximately 20 minutes drive away. Elea Estate, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills golf courses can be reached in 30 minutes or less also.
