Hello,
We had a great holiday and the villa was wonderful.
We are only too pleased to give you feedback.
Our responses to your questions are as follows:
1. The villa was excellent!
2. Location was ideal for Coral Bay, the Zoo, Paphos etc.
3. We would recommend Kikos, Serianni's, Andria's and The Frog & Toad. You can see what we do on holiday.
4. Very pleased with the service by Cyprus Property & Villas from start to finish.
5. Only used washing machine once and instructions in Greek were a bit tricky but otherwise no problems as we didn't need air conditioning or heating.
6. Could only get radio channels on the TV but that was a bit of a relief to get away from TV!

1. How was the your property?
The villa itself was incredible. It was a lovely size with plenty of space. Well appointed in every way - the air conditioning in every room was a godsend. It was a true home from home.


2. And the location?
Couldn't have been in a better location. Literally 5 minutes from everything you would possibly need, but far enough away to be quiet, relaxing and very very beautiful. There are just a few villas on the estate - all of which where ex-pat Brits. Very friendly and helpful.


3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that
you would highly recommend?
Restaurants - Cousins in Peyia for meze. Brothers in Kato Paphos for a very reasonable yet tasty set menu. For a special treat the teppanyaki restaurant opposite Blazing Saddles (can't remember the name!!!) is absolutely incredible.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Very satisfied. They kept us updated with the problems that were occuring with the electricity and were always available to anser questions during the booking process and before we actually went to Cyprus.

We absolutely loved Villa Victoria, The villa was comfortable with every household amenity you could want, the pool was lovely even though i was a bit worried that it wasn't heated
there would have been no need of it. The gardens were really private and well cared for. The pool and maintenance men were very friendly and helpful telling us about the local area
as were all neighbours in surrounding villas.
The villa car was essential even for shopping in this location, which was perfect for us as we were looking for a get away from it all chilled holiday, however if we went into Coral Bay or Paphos we had to take taxies as the car was only for four people.There was a very nice sports bar only ten minuets walk from the villa.
I'd like to say a big thank you to every one from Cyprus Property and Villas from the team we booked with and to the people we met in Cyprus, we would not hesitate to use this Company again.

As we returned to the same villa as last year we knew what to expect, it was just like coming home!
Neo's Sports Bar, which is about a 10 minute walk from the villa, back towards Coral Bay, is a great place to eat and resonibly priced.
The service we recieved from Cyprus Property Villas was great, once again.

> The villa was great, very clean just as described! We had difficulty finding the umbrellas for by the pool and found them the day we came home! ( it may be a good idea to add a note to the house details in the villa!)

> We chose to eat at the villa most evenings but did eat a few times in Coral Bay in the evenings and at the harbour in Paphos at lunchtimes. Would definitely say the bird and animal park in Paphos is worth a visit.

> We had a couple of glitches upon arrival, Panikos thought we were arriving in the evening so he was not there to meet us, but was there within 20mins !! Which gave us time to get accustomed to the sunshine! He was very, very helpful with info about the villa and the area (air con, pool cleaning, maintenance etc).

We had a lovely holiday in Villa Victoria. The villa was very clean and home from home. The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area and the use of the car which came with the villa was a god send. The local produce like fruit and veg was readily available at the supermarket just 10 min's by
car. We ate out only a few times Jade Garden, Chinese in Coral bay was very nice, and Poppadoms on the Paphos road was air-conditioned and we would recommend. We ate mainly at the villa which was a lot cheaper!!! The mosaics in Paphos are a must to see take plenty of water as you have to walk in quite a open space but well worth it!!

We had a mini heat wave while we were there over 90 degrees which was at times a little unbearable but thank goodness for the air-conditioning and the lovely pool!!! Each room has air-conditioning and fans with bathrooms, plenty drawers and hanging space. The only thing which was not working was the safe in the wardrobe if you wanted your passports/money in a safe place.

We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing holiday and if they want more Coral bay is a very short distance away with plenty of restaurants and pubs, also a lovely beach with plenty of sunbeds and beach side tavernas. Taxis are available aswell

Cyprus property villas were really helpful to us and everything described on the website for this villa was accurate the pictures are a little dated as the bushes around the villa are well established and the villa/ pool is very private now .

We had no problems with the the company, it was rather nice not having to go to welcome meetings etc which have had to do even with villas in the past. Booking and communication with the company was excellent. We would not hesitate in using this company in the future.

The villa was maintained to a high standard and was spacious. The surrounding gardens were pretty however we felt a larger patio area behind the pool would have been more useful than the garden area for recreational use. The barbeque was a disapointment as it was a gas and not traditional charcoal but this I suppose is personal choice. The area was very peaceful and perfect for unwinding.

We enjoyed our stay and surroundings, the villa was beautiful and peaceful. The resort of Coral Bay was easily reached by a short walk and plenty of taxi's to ensure you reach home after cocktails in various bars!!

The village of Peyia is also a short walk for a more traditional night out on the town.

Many thanks for giving us the opportunity to visit Cyprus and the fantastic villa (Victoria). My first time booking accommodation apart from hotels online. I must admit to feeling a little apprehensive about the service, standard of villa when we arrived etc. To say we were delighted with the service, support (UK & Resort) and the villa is an understatement. The whole trip went without a hitch, our car picked us up on time, villa was prepared for us, it was in immaculate condition despite being towards end of season.

We would definitely use your company again, please thank the villa owners they must be proud of their asset.
