Our attractive, family-owned, 4 bedroomed detached villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year - perfect for a large family group, two families sharing or a wedding party.

It is quietly situated on a plot with two neigbouring villas which share the large swimming pool. Paralimni is a lovely Cypriot town, just a little inland and a short distance from the well-known bustling resorts of Agia Napa and Protaras. It is ideally located for a relaxing holiday whether you prefer lying by the pool on a sunlounger or sunbathing on one of the beautiful nearby coves or beaches (such as the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras or Nissi beach in Agia Napa). Enjoy wandering around Paralimni - with its exclusive boutiques - before relaxing in one of the cafe-bars by the town square, watching the world go by. There is a mouth-watering 24 hour bakery/patisserie less than five minutes walk from the villa which sells delicious freshly-baked bread, cakes and local delicacies. A new Lidl has opened nearby too, and a new air-conditioned 'family fun centre' providing activities for all the family, from ten-pin bowling to an internet cafe and computer games. Banks, supermarkets and cafes are all within easy reach.

If you feel like exploring, why not take the opportunity to visit some of the most interesting and historical places on this side of the island, such as the ghost town of Famagusta, the national park at Cape Greko or the lovely port and promenade in Larnaca? In the evening, sample the local delicacies at one of the excellent tavernas, or live it up in Agia Napa or Protaras at one of the many nightclubs - there's always plenty to do in Cyprus - or nothing at all!

Tilimni villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standards with air-conditioning throughout. It has absolutely everything you could desire for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room/wc and balcony, plus three further twin bedrooms (two with balconies) and a family bathroom. To ensure a good 'power' shower, we've fitted a pump to boost the water pressure.

The bedrooms are bright and airy with a 'Mediterranean' feel - white walls and a fresh individual blue/yellow theme. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air-con units, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps. Three of the bedrooms have balconies. Blackout-lined curtains help keep the rooms cool in summer.

Downstairs, the fresh blue/white themed triple aspect loung/dining room has terraces at the front and rear. There are two comfortable dark-blue velour sofas and an armchair, wood and glass coffee tables, a large oval light-wood dining table with eight chairs and a matching wall storage unit. For entertainment, there is satellite TV/DVD, CD/hi-fi, I-pod docking station, plus a selection of DVDs, CD, books and games. There is also a downstairs wc/shower room

The separate spacious kitchen is extremely well-equipped with a very large fridge/freezer, electric fan oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water-cooler, etc.

Outside, there is a private, shaded terrace with patio table and 8 chairs, and extensive sunbathing terraces around the large swimming pool (shared with the two neighbouring villas which are not permanently occupied - most of the time you'll find that you have the pool to yourselves). There are 6 sunloungers for you to use around the pool, a gas BBQ and a rotary line drier too.

On arrival, you'll find a 'welcome folder' with essential information about the villa and contact details for Barbara, our villa manager, plus maps and lots of information on places of interest to visit, local history, recommended restaurants, etc.

Extras & Comments

Air-conditioning/heating and a welcome pack are included in the rental price.

All house towels and linens are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

A fully-refundable £200 'breakage deposit' is required, refundable once the villa has been checked by our manager.

We have a travel cot in the villa with some bedding, and a clip-on 'high chair' at no extra cost.
