1. The property was lovely, near to perfect!

2. The area nearby is being built on so there was at times traffic going to deliver
to the site.

The walk to town was a challenge but enjoyable!

3.The King Solomon restaurant was a new find for us and was excellent,
Othellos lived up to its normal excellent reputation.

4. Yes would definitely use Cyprus Property & Villas again.

5. Bill who looks after the place is lovely. The only thing was there were no cleaners after the week, although we had clean
bedding and towels given to us.

"Our stay Villa Theodora was very enjoyable. The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed.
It was close enough to the bars and shops etc for food and drink, but far enough away as to be very peaceful when relaxing.
The owners should consider providing a second front door key which would be useful for going out in separate groups.

William (maintenance/pool cleaning) was very friendly and helpful and carried out his work with minimal inconvenience to us.

The POPULAR Coral Bay beach was only around 15 minutes walk away, although we had no problems parking when we first visited.

The Villa was within approx 15 minutes walk of supermarkets (new cheaper one just opened on main road), bars and restaurants. Although you are advised to take a torch if returning on foot after dark.
One restaurant we would recommend is Othellos. The food was very good value and the staff extremely polite. The meze was excellent and extremely filling.

Most bars had some form of entertainment on each night, however if you just want a quiet drink that was also available.

If hiring a car, beware when approaching roundabouts and junctions as not everyone follows the rules regarding right of way, but otherwise getting around was quite easy.
If you decide to drive up into the mountains you may want to avoid cedar valley as the long and winding road seems to go on for ever, although some of the views are fantastic.


I found the people at Cyprus property & villas to be very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and would definitely look to use them again.

We stayed at Villa Theodora in Coral Bay 17th - 25th March 2009 and just wanted to say it was one of the best holidays we have had in Cyprus, could of stayed much longer. The location and the villa facilities were first class. It was very well furnished and we were impressed at the amount of cooking utensils and appliances right down to the water chill, & large freezer, great for the ice. Loved the secluded back garden/pool area ...very private . Would definitely recommend this one to anyone thinking of booking and we would not hesitate to book again in the coming years.

Villa excellent, lovely house, nice situation and well equipped, the holiday was brilliant.

Very Bad Point - Directions to get to villa are absolutely useless at night. The main problem is the directions tell you to turn 1st left after the Go-Kart club, which has a large sign which is very visible during the day - at night in the dark coming from Paphos, it is invisible as it is unlit and there is no lighting in the immediate area. Thank God there was some beer in the fridge!

Cyprus Property Villas were outstanding, We booked the holiday at the very last minute and despite there being a problem paying on the Internet (not attributable to Cyprus Property villas), they tenaciously pursued the matter for me to make sure it was possible to pay and kept me very well informed all the way. We desperately needed a good holiday and the people at Cyprus Property Villas
made it possible.

We had a great time in this very spacious and well-fitted villa. We had a problem with the water pump on day one, which the local agent,
William, was quick to solve - he had a plumber on site to fix the problem by the end of the day. William was also very helpful in advising
on where to shop to avoid paying the highest prices, and popped round several times to make sure we had everything we needed. From the villa,
it's about a 15-min walk to the beach or into Coral Bay. However, as part of the walk is along a narrow, unlit road, we did not want to walk
back in the evenings, and we ended up taking our car into town every night. I would definitely recommend hiring a car for the week; you can
get a bus, but there is so much to see in Cyprus that it's much easier to have your own transport.

All in all, we had a fantastic, chilled-out
holiday in this great villa with its wonderful gardens, and would definitely recommend it.

In regards to using Cyprus Property & Villas yes I would use the company again as I found you very efficent and knowledgable in regards to the Villas you had to offer and matching them to our needs.

The villa we had matched our needs greatly. It was in a quiet location and very servicable and close to Coral Bay, and available ammenities. The Villa is in very good decorative state and the person who looks after it for the owners was very freindly and informative in regards to places to visit and eat , as well as sorting out problems with the pool water due to the unprecedented heat during our stay recorded at 44 degrees in the sun most days.
