Villa Thalassa is located in a private and quiet, exclusive cul-de-sac close to the 5 star hotels in Coral Bay. The villa is only 350m from the nearest beach, 300m from the nearest minimarket, restaurants, bus stop and the Coral Beach hotel with its Spa, Gym & Sauna etc.
This lovely spacious three bedroom villa, built in 2007, is set over two levels. The open plan ground floor comprises of a living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area features a leather suite, wooden coffee table, a flat screen television (limited satellite channels) DVD player and CD Player. The dining area features an extendible wooden dining table which can comfortably seat 6 adults.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and plenty of utensils so you can prepare a true Cypriot feast! A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor. The spacious master double bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and its own private balcony overlooking the pool area. There are two twin bedded rooms both of which share the full family bathroom. All 3 bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air conditioning units (available at an extra charge) and a safe deposit box is provided. A baby cot and high chair are also available on advance request.
Outside the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A portable BBQ has also been provided for outdoor dining during those warm summer months. A private gated driveway leads to a shady parking spot.
