Location
Located on the eastern side of the island, Pernera is a perfect holiday destination. There is always plenty going on, without it being rowdy. Pernera is blessed with a string of small, sandy beaches, each located in a small cove and, each with its own charm. For food lovers, there are excellent restaurants offering cheap, but excellent quality local dishes - try the Fish Meze. There are also Italian, Mexican, Chinese and English Pub restaurants. As for bars, well there is bound to be one with a theme to suit you - some of which have Internet access for those that need their surfing fix. There are local supermarkets nearby for odds and ends. If you want a break from the pools and the beaches that are on your doorstep, Pernera is the hub for a wide range of attractions both nearby and also within a short bus/taxi ride to take you into Ayia Napa.

Pernera approx 1 mile north of Protaras, with a fascinating small local harbour and the famous Golden Coast hotel resort. From the harbour there are many boat excursions. The beach hosts the full range of water sports. It is approximately 5min walk from the villa to the many restraurants and bars of Pernera.Walk 10 min in the opposite direction, takes you to the local water park. There are an abundance of taxis and a local bus service which will take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa and also Paralimni which is the local quaint Cypriot town. In Paralimni you will find a large Hypermarket for all your provisions. In Protaras itself there are many varied types of entertainment, food and shops to suit all types.

Take the opportunity to visit some of the interesting and historical places nearby, such as the ghost town of Famagusta, the Troodos mountains, Lefkara (famous for lace-making) or Cape Greko. In the evening, why not sample the local delicacies at one of the excellent tavernas, or live it up in Agia Napa or Protaras at one of the many nightclubs? There's always plenty to do in Cyprus - or nothing at all!

The Villa

The Villa is fully air conditioned and it is included in the price.
The Lounge Area has 2 sofa's one which seats three and another two seated sofa. There is a blow up inflatable bed should more than 4 people wish to rent. The flat screen television receives satellite television and there is a DVD player, radio and iPod docking station.The Dining Area has an extending Dining Table and 6 chairs. The Kitchen Area has plenty of fitted cupboards and a granite work surface and is equipped with a 4 ring ceramic hob with cooker hood, electric oven/grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is very well equipped should you wish to cook. There are 3 patio doors leading to the private pool area. There is a large patio table, 6 chairs and sun loungers. The pool is illuminated for evening al fresco dining should you wish. There is a Gas BBQ. There is a marble staircase leading up to the bedrooms.

The two bedrooms both have have remote control air conditioning, and heating, have fully fitted wardrobes and there is a safe installed. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and both bedrooms have their own private balcony with seating, ideal for chilling out if you want to be alone.

There is a Travel Cot, High Chair and child safety gate for use if required.

The fully equipped, tiled, family bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and wash hand basin. The Downstairs WC is also fully tiled and is fitted with a w.c. and wash hand basin

All Towels are provided including pool towels.
There is a change of bedding provided weekly

There is strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 is required.

If you require a clean mid way through your holiday, it can be arranged for 25 euros additional charge.

We can arrange a meet and greet upon your arrival or shortly after to the villa if you wish, otherwise there will be a letter of local contact details should you have any questions or require any local information. If you wish a meet and greet please advise prior to arrival.

We offer a basic welcome pack to have on your arrival which includes water, milk, tea, coffee, but extras can be included as you wish. Should you require a more extensive welcome pack this can be arranged and paid for locally when you arrive.

If you arrive in the early hours of the morning, let us know your requirments, for example cold bottles of water in the fridge to cold bottles of wine or beer waiting, we can arrange for this to be done for you.

We will provide you with a local contact and telephone number, which you can call to let you know local information or any advice during your stay, which is of great value if it is your first visit to the area.
