1. How was the your property? Excellent, very well equipped/clean, lovely large pool.


2. And the location? very nice, quite & private but a good 20 min walk into Coral bay strip


3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? The Coral King restaurant on the Coral bay strip.


4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Very much so, we will use again and would recommend.


5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? Please put another "Villa Sulis" sign on the garden wall, as the one on the house is obscured by the palm in the front garden, makes finding the villa difficult.


6. Are you willing for us to use this information on our website and use your name or would you prefer to be anonymous? No probs, crack on ! We had a lovely time, thanks for all your help and I am sure that we shall use you again.

Very much so, most helpful.

Valuables Safe in villa for passports etc, should be emphasised on web, it's a pulling point for people like me who worry about such things.

“Hi We had a great holiday at your villa. It was a beautiful clean villa and loved that it was virtually on one level for my toddler.
Location was fab. Close to beach, supermarkets & the Coral Strip. We liked Coral Bay best as Corallia Bay had lots of stones at the front so not good for toddler.
Would recommend Andria restaurant in the Coral Strip.
Kitchen needs a bit more equipment if to cook a lot. eg microwave dishes.
Needed a few more towels too but got by.
We were happy with your service and the boys who came to clean the pool were lovely & really helpful!
Would definitely recommend you.

The only problem was locating the Villa, the directions were excellent,
however the name of the villa on it and viewable in the dark from the
road would be great.

Villa was beautiful. Couldn't fault it. The pool was amazing!

Nice location but feel that you definitely need a car especially in hot weather.

Jade Palace, Chinese Restaurant, by far the best I have tasted, although a little pricey. Also Barone Italian Restaurant does lovely
food.

Yes no problems.

The only drawback I feel is that without a late checkout for a later return flight there is no provision made for a secure holding
place for luggage. (This has been passed to the villa owner for his attention).
