A new detached 3 bedroom bungalow style villa located 5 minutes walk from a variety of restaurants, bars and shops and 10 minutes from the Coralia Bay and beach. Ideal for non drivers and those wishing to be close to amenities and local bus route. This villa is set in a small private cul-de-sac and offers large gardens and private pool.
On entering the villa you will see a spacious sunken lounge and dining area with open fireplace.
Comfortable leather sofas and coffee table. The villa is equipped with a TV and DVD player.
Separate kitchen well equipped with all modern conveniences including a washing machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, oven and hob , kettle, toaster.
3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with king size beds and one room with 2 single beds. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned which is included in the rate.
The villa offers 3 separate shower/bathrooms, toilets and wash basins.
The highlight of this villa is the spacious terrace and pool area which offers a large private pool 10x5 meters with roman steps into the pool. Garden furniture, umbrellas, barbecue, and sun beds are provided.
800 square meters of well maintained gardens with lemon and orange trees, tropical flowers and plants.

“Hi We had a great holiday at your villa. It was a beautiful clean villa and loved that it was virtually on one level for my toddler.
Location was fab. Close to beach, supermarkets & the Coral Strip. We liked Coral Bay best as Corallia Bay had lots of stones at the front so not good for toddler.
Would recommend Andria restaurant in the Coral Strip.
Kitchen needs a bit more equipment if to cook a lot. eg microwave dishes.
Needed a few more towels too but got by.
We were happy with your service and the boys who came to clean the pool were lovely & really helpful!
Would definitely recommend you.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
The only problem was locating the Villa, the directions were excellent,
however the name of the villa on it and viewable in the dark from the
road would be great.

1. How was the your property?
Villa was beautiful. Couldn't fault it. The pool was amazing!
2. And the location?
Nice location but feel that you definitely need a car especially in hot weather.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips,
that you would highly recommend?
Jade Palace, Chinese Restaurant, by far the best I have tasted, although a little pricey. Also Barone Italian Restaurant does lovely
food.

Villas?
Yes no problems.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
The only drawback I feel is that without a late checkout for a later return flight there is no provision made for a secure holding
place for luggage. (This has been passed to the villa owner for his attention).
