Sea Caves View enjoys a wonderful elevated position, only 75m from the beach and coastline and 5 minutes walk to a renowned local taverna. Sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from most areas of the house including the private pool area, large balcony to master bedroom and the roof terrace which enjoys a 360 panorama of the area. DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR The interior of this link attached villa is deceptively spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a private driveway which leads to the main living accommodation.
On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The large breakfasting/dining kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in cherry wood, matching granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. Major appliances include tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden surface seating 6 comfortably.
The lounge has TV with Satellite (Sky FTV) and DVD player, and is accompanied by 2 large leather sofas. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.
Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a winding staircase and landing. The master bedroom features a double sized bed, with doors leading to a generously sized balcony (with views across the coastline to the Sea). There is further benefit of an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows.
The second bedroom is a twin room as is the third with each bedroom featuring fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the first floor level is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR
Outside, the villa has a private pool with sunloungers and table and chairs for Alfresco Dining. There is a pool shower and access out to the rear of the property. The top level provides access to a stunning roof terrace which affords 360 degree views of Sea, mountains, the local banana plantations and the rugged coastline. There are sun loungers and table and chairs provided in this area.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The villa is also very 'child friendly' and equipped with safety gates, Travel Cot & Portable Booster Seat for dining chairs.
THE LOCAL AREA This prime positioned holiday Villa is within an affluent area known as 'Sea Caves' and Akamas Peninsular, a protected area of outstanding natural beauty with one of the best beaches in Cyprus (Lara), yet still close to Coral Bay and Peyia Village with their traditional bars and restaurants. The property is but a 5 minute walk to one of the best known local tavernas in the area which provides good food, hospitality and views within a peaceful and relaxing setting, next to one of the areas many impressive banana plantations.
The Sea Caves area , like much of Paphos, was once rural and barren land but over recent years the Sea Caves area has changed dramatically.
Now the Sea Caves area is one of the finest residential areas in Cyprus, offering some of the most exclusive villas in the island. This is not surprising when you consider its breathtaking rugged Cypriot coastline and small sandy coves with crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Sunsets in the region are simply magical.
Proceeding along from the Sea Caves you come to the pretty, tiny picturesque fishing harbour of St George with a small sand/shingle beach. St George, like Sea Caves, is a perfect spot for snorkelling and scuba diving or topping up your sun tan. We strongly recommend tasting the local speciality "fish meze" in one of the selection of small family run tavernas at St George and the dramatic sunsets are worth the visit alone from any area of this amazing coastline.
Situated 12kms from Paphos on the west coast of Cyprus and just 3km from Sea Caves, Coral Bay is a delightful resort renowned for its superb (blue flag) sandy beaches. The main thoroughfare of Coral Bay is lined with a small but ample selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars giving you everything you need for a relaxing holiday without losing any of its local charm.
Life in Coral Bay tends to be based around the sandy bay with calm shallow waters, also offering a wide selection of water sports, it is perfect for a day out for all the family.
Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, Reptile Park, Horse Riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), Hiking/Walking, Buggy Safaris, 4 x 4 Safaris, Sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from the area, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings the mosaics and the Christian Catacombs.
If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!

We found the villa to be as we expected and the directions from the airport very helpful. The welcome pack was really useful and got us through that first day or so. The location was what we wanted (peaceful) but would not suit everyone and the only negative was the nearby building work that started at 7.30am each morning. We dined out at different resturants each night and didn't have a bad meal once, there are so many to choose from. The service from Cyprus Property and Villas has been first class at all times, answering any queries promptly and we would use them again.

The property suited our needs very well. We had a good rest and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The villa is beautifully situated above the seacaves - which were not accessible from the property.
The local facilities were good but not many within walking distance. The nearest supermarket was a 5/6 minute drive. The local supermarket stays open until 9pm. We ate at a local tavern near the closest small cove on the road towards Coral Bay.
The water park at Limassol is worth a trip, as was the local beach at Erimi near Limasol.
We took trips to Laatchi to take a boat out which was very exciting - we saw dolphins and did some watersports with our teenagers. The marina there is also worth a trip to even just to sit and eat or take a drink in one of the restaurants.
A trip to the Troodos mountains is also worthwhile to see the real Cyprus.
We felt a car is adviseable.
The info book was out of date (owner is checking this out, as he understood all the necessary information was there). We needed a local doctor - we did find one in Pegeia near the pharmacy where we just went in and waited - no appointment needed.
The villa company was very helpful and so was the lovely lady who came to clean and recommended a local beach.
We would use you as a company again and would probably look to stay in Laatchi.
We loved Cyprus.

"We found the villa to be exactly as advertised. It was stylishly decorated with all the mod cons you would expect. The villa itself was immaculately clean although the windows could have done with a bit of a clean! The setting was extremely beautiful with stunning views over the sea caves. The location was perfect, reasonably secluded yet near enough to the local villages, to be able to enjoy the local tavernas and bars. All in all we had a lovely holiday.
We'd have no hesitation in recommending the villa to friends and would definitely visit again.
Only thing I would change, is that it would be handy to have a visitors book so people can give their views on restaurant and areas to visit.
Many Thanks."
(These suggestions have now been passed to the management team to provide a Visitors Book and find out why the windows weren’t looking pristine - 05.06.10).

1. How was the your property? Very good as described.,good facililities.
2. And the location? Lovely views over the sea. Quiet, no noise.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? We went to the Roman ruins at Episkopoli, excellent value for money. Lovely beach there and places to eat, fantastic views out to sea and over the valley. Paphos Harbour has a walkway along the coast which is lovely.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Intial enquiry dealt with promptly, custmer service standards are excellent. Great instructions from the airport and support there if we needed it.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? A bit more tourist info in the villa file would have been good to have, but we found our own way round and spoke to neighbours to find out the best places to go to.
Will definately have a look again at your site for 2010 holidays.

Villa Sea Caves View
1. How was the your property? The Villa was very clean, well laid out and in a wonderful location, right on the ocean at Sea Caves which made it a very scenic location. As stated a car is essential with this villa, but these are not cost prohibitive in Cyprus. The pool is a little small for 6 people, but overall a lovely villa in a great location.
2. And the location? as above. Out of the tourist trap of the Harbour area, close enough to good taverna's and Restaurants and an easy drive to the sandy beach at Coral Bay.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? Imogens Inn up the hill in Kathikas was a wonderful spot to eat.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? 1st Class, prompt and efficient. Thanks
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? The taxi driver that was organised for 2 members of our party was Slovakian and new to Cyprus, he had no idea how to find the villa and they spent over 1 and a half hours trying to locate the villa. Your website stated that drivers would know where the villa was. (This issue is being addressed).
