The large, modern dining table has 8 upholstered chairs, and the adjacent kitchen area has a granite breakfast bar with stools, and is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, and electric oven.

The villa is located in a quiet area, close to the centre of Protaras, just 100 metres from a sandy beach offering watersports and boat trips. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found within a short stroll. The centre of Ayia Napa is approximately 8 minutes drive.
