Sai Villa is a detached villa in a great location on Dafni Complex right in the heart of the resort of Pernera.
It can easily accommodate a family of up to 8, having one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed downstairs.
It also has an enviable location situated within easy walking distance of the resort centre with its excellent restaurants, bars and beaches.
Sai Villa is fitted out to a high standard. Relax in your own private swimming pool, patio furniture and sun beds are also provided. There is an outside dining area with barbecue. The lounge area has two sofas and coffee table. There is also a Satellite TV and DVD. The dining area is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6/8 people. The villa comes with a fully fitted kitchen, including fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine.
The villa is in a great position to sample the excellent nightlife of Pernera. Pernera area offers everything from car hire to water sports or a very short walk to several fantastic beaches if you simply want to bask in the sun. The area offers an ideal family holiday destination with a wide variety of activities and children are welcomed everywhere. However for those more interested in the nightclubbing scene it is a ten-minute taxi ride to the world famous Ayia Napa.
