This 4 bedroom villa is situated in the hillside village of Peyia, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The lounge has comfortable seating and opens onto the veranda which has stunning views of the coastline stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay and is a superb point to sit and have a pre dinner drink. The villa is also only a short walk to the village shops, restaurants and banks
The villa is fully air conditioned and windows and patio doors have fly screens. In the winter the first floor is heated by radiators and there is a fire in the lounge.
The lounge is separated from the kitchen dinning room by an arch. The well appointed kitchen has gas/electric hob with extract hood, built in electric oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has eight chairs table and sideboard.
The ground floor has a large master bedroom with king size double bed, two wardrobes dressing table, arm chairs, TV, DVD, and bed side tables. There is also a twin bedded room with fitted cupboards with built in dressing table, chests and bedside tables. The ground floor is self-contained and has its own entrance plus bathroom with shower cubicle, utility area with washing machine and fridge, 2nd microwave and kettle. This makes villa suitable for two groups sharing.
The first floor consists of master bedroom with king size double bed, fitted cupboards with built in dressing table, chests and bedside tables. There is a twin bedded room with fitted cupboards with built in dressing table, chests and bedside tables.
The rest comprises of fully tiled bathroom, visitors toilet and patio area that overlooks the 8 by 4 m pool.
There are eight pool side beds, tables, umbrellas and chairs
This villas has a weekly maid service, regular pool and garden maintenance
Due to number of steps around the terrace, the villa is not recommended for young children unless supervised by adults
