The spacious Rododafni Villas are situated almost 100m off the main road from Pafos (Paphos) harbour to Coral Bay Beach at the 4th km, a stone's throw away from the sea. Surrounded by green fields, with excellent sea view and far away from traffic and noise is the ideal place for stylish and relaxing holidays.
These villas are surrounded by pleasantly decorated gardens with high quality crazy pavements, stonewalls and separated by a green fence. All villas have their own private pool, with sun beds, umbrellas and BBQ.
These are 4 brand new detached villas. Three of them have 3 bedrooms and one has 4 bedrooms. The location of the villas offers easy access to bus stop, tavernas, restaurants, archaeological sites and other points of interest in Pafos.
A 10 minutes drive brings you to Pafos Harbour, the medieval castle and the famous Dionysus Mosaics. You may also wak there along the fantastic new coastal path.
A 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction brings you to the world known Coral Bay beach. In the same direction and just 20 minutes drive is the Akamas peninsula, the Lara beach and the Avacas gorge.
Secret Valley Golf, Tsada Golf and Aphrodite Hills golf are about 25 minutes drive from the villas.
Our villas are finished to a very high standard. Their quality and excellent location guarantees memorable vacations. All our villas are two-storey, with their private garden and swimming pool.
These villas are decorated to a high standard. The lounge/dining room has satellite TV and patio doors opening onto a large terrace and swimming pool.
Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer(Note four bedroom villa has dishwasher).
Ground Floor bedroom with en-suite walk in shower room with extra wide doors to accommodate disabled guests.
On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, master bedroom en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom upstairs.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms payable locally.
Linen is provided and changed once a week.
A welcome basket with milk, tea, sugar, coffee, juice, soft drinks, water is offered at your arrival.

The property was great! Everyone was pleased with the communal areas and their own rooms. Great space.

Location was lovely, nice area. Private with easy access to Paphos and local shops.

Pentaras restaurant close by was perfect for our large party. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Yes very much so. Very very helpful with excellent communication.

Feedback on our holiday at Villa Rodadafni (property 105) as requested . . . . . . .
Firstly we have to say how much we enjoyed our holiday in Cyprus. The villa was clean and well equiped. The pool was clean, warm and very much used and enjoyed during our holiday. The little local shop was within walking distance with friendly and helpful staff. We also used Chris' taxi service (almost opposite the little shop) on a couple of occasions.
The Pentaras restaurant was superb with an extensive menu, friendly staff and very reasonable prices.
We very extremely grateful to Andreas and his wife for kindly allowing us to stay until when we were picked up in the early evening to go to the airport for our return flights. We were fully aware that were were supposed to vacate the villa much earlier in the day. Please forward our thanks to Andreas for his kindness.

Hi Cypruspropertyvillas,
The service I got from yourselves was great. Very helpful in our case in finding us a villa that was happy for us to stay for 10 days which I have found some companies difficult in wanting to organise in the past. Will definately be using you on our next visit to Cyprus. The villa was awesome, more than we expected and the picture we saw on the website in no way does it justice. Fantastic to have a bedroom on the ground floor which was perfect for my mother who has arthritis and cannot climb stairs. The pool was first class with ample supply of sunlounges and umbrellas and the greenary gave ample seclusion away from the surrounding villas for total privacy. The owners were very helpful and " came running " whenever we had the slightest problem. ( gas bottle ran out one day !! ). Will definately return one day. All in all we had a lovely 10 days and as usual none of us wanted to go home. : - (( Kind Regards Andy

First time we'd done a villa holiday and will never, ever, go back to hotel accommodation again!! Apart from being exceptional value and having our own private pool it, we had loads of space and with a 16 month old baby, boy did we need it! All the staff that I dealt with from the initial point of enquiry at Cyprus Villas couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. Und upon arrival we weren’t in the least bit disappointed with our choice of Villa. Lovely location, pleasant views etc, well equipped, close to Paphos and Coral Bay. Great Family location, close but not too close to town
