Phaedra and Orestis are two luxurious villas situated in Akourdalia village, 10 minutes from Polis and the nearest beach. Built at the edge of the village 150m from the next house, harmonically combining old and new elements. Their location is unique since they are built at the edge of the mountain while below the valley of Polis tis Chrysochous spreads to the sea. Surrounded by unique characteristics of the area, offering uninterrupted views all around.
Both villas have their own private 4.5 X 9.0m pool placed alongside the covered verandas with a beautiful view to the valley and the sea. It is a unique experience to enjoy the swimming pool and serenity of the place, the sun and the sea or the mountain and the nature.
Each villa consists of 3 well decorated bedrooms and sleep up to 6. Each villa has 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, storeroom, covered parking place and fireplace with central heating and air-conditioning units in all areas. A big circular staircase leads to the upstairs where there are two bedrooms with own bathroom and toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own balcony while both bedrooms have access to a big covered veranda with a view that leaves every guest speechless any time of the day he/she chooses to rest on the deck chairs. One bedroom is situated on the lower floor.
The living room is open plan with fireplace. A low stonewall separates the kitchen and living room which is ideal for a bar. All areas offer everything one needs to make ones stay easy, carefree and pleasant. The kitchen offers all electric appliances as well as utensils.
