This newly refurbished luxury villa enjoys a quiet position on the picturesque Western outskirts of Peyia, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding countryside. The villa benefits from a feeling of privacy and seclusion with peace and quiet in abundance. Sitting out on the properties terraces or balcony you could literally hear a pin drop at times as the sun shines down, providing all the warmth you could wish for on a relaxing Paphos villa holiday.
The villa has a real Mediterranean look and feel to it with its frontage being characterised by beige tones, arches and the white curved balustrade to the balcony, set off against the landscaped gardens and wonderful countryside backdrop.
The private gated driveway has space to accommodate 2 cars comfortably. Externally you will find well-manicured landscape gardens including exotic flowers and palm trees. The centrepiece is the 8m x 4m private pool with Roman Style steps and handrail (assisting those with mobility issues or small children).
The private pool and garden area is fenced around for privacy and benefits from 6 x sun loungers and large parasol for relaxing in the sun or shade as desired. A covered terrace is the ideal place for alfresco dining by day or by night and a further patio area with small table and chairs in the garden is the ideal place for a morning coffee or evening aperitif. The outdoor lifestyle is enhanced and completed by the inclusion of a gas bbq.
Internally, the villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is alone upstairs on the first floor with king-sized bed, large en-suite shower room with rain shower and a balcony with Sea Views. 2 twin rooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom with bath and rain shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes tall fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher as well as oven, hob & hood. A table and chairs allows inside dining or is ideal for breakfast.
The cool and comfortable lounge has large leather sofas, silver wide screen TV with Satellite & DVD, Ipod Docking station and speakers, as well as a focal point gas fire which can be used for cooler off-season evenings if required.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout (included in the price) and has remote controlled ceiling fans to assist circulation. Fly screens have been fitted to all windows meaning they can be left open as an alternative to air-conditioning. White Shutters have also been fitted to patio doors and windows. The villa further benefits from central heating which is an extra that can be purchased if required.
Pool/Beach towels are supplied as is a hairdryer. The villa has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. A travel cot and highchair can be supplied free of charge upon request.
Villa Peroni is 1.5km from the village square. The route is fairly flat and very scenic so those who like to walk may well decide to go to the village for dinner on foot. Otherwise it is a very short car journey and there is a large car park in the cehtre of the village.
Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, watersports, sailing, wineries and much much more. Amusements and the Waterpark in Paphos are also easily accessible from Peyia, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and the Christian Catacombs.
If you’ve rented a car, Peyia is a great base to explore the Cypriot countryside. It’s about 15km to Paphos, about 15km to the Akamas and about 25km to Polis.
