The Villa is located in a newly constructed complex called Papantonia Villas in Pernera.
Located on the eastern side of the island, Pernera is a perfect holiday destination. There is always plenty going on, without it being too rowdy. Pernera is blessed with a string of small, sandy beaches, each located in a small cove and, each with its own charm. For food lovers, there are excellent restaurants offering cheap, but excellent quality local dishes - try the Fish Meze. There are also Italian, Mexican, Chinese and English Pub restaurants. As for bars, well there is bound to be one with a theme to suit you - most of which have Internet access for those that need their surfing fix. And if you want a break from the pools and the beaches that are on your doorstep, Pernera is the hub for a wide range of attractions within a short ride.
The brand new Villa is located in Pernera approx 1 mile north of Protaras. It is a 10 min walk from the “Golden Coast Beach” with a fascinating small local harbour and the famous Golden Coast hotel resort. The beach hosts the full range of water sports. It is 5 min walk in the other direction to the many restraints and bars of Pernera. A further five min walk takes you to the local water park. There is an amazing traditional Greek restraunt between the Villa and the beach.
All three bedrooms have remote control air conditioning, and heating.
The fully equipped, tiled, family bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and wash hand basin. The Downstairs WC is also fully tiled and is fitted with a w.c. and wash hand basin
The Lounge Area has sofa bed, which seats three and opens to double bed size, and a further two seated sofa. The large screen television receives satellite television and has a DVD player. The Dining Area has an extending Dining Table and 6 chairs. The Kitchen Area has plenty of fitted cupboards and a granite work surface and is equipped with a 4 ring ceramic hob with cooker hood, electric oven/grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
There is ample space to park two cars
Tranfers to and from the airport, payable locally cost 95 Euros.
