Villa Outopia comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. This area leads onto a pool terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs.
The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob/oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and the other two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony.
The villa has private parking.
A patio area that is furnished with sun beds and an umbrella surrounds the private swimming pool.

The villa is situated in Seacaves which is the most exclusive area of Paphos. The beach is 100m away and the nearest bars and restaurants 1km away. The main tourist area of Coral Bay is a few minutes drive.
