Oscars Villa is a 3 bed villa located in the quiet beach side area of Ayia Thekla, set in a quiet residential cul de sac, with private swimming pool [pool at rear] and covered car port to keep your car cool. The villa consists of three bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double) with a large family bathroom on the first floor and shower room on the ground floor (both with WC and washbasin). The villa is within 300 metres of Ayia Thekla beach and the balcony provides wonderful views of the coastline, it has a barbecue area as well as sun loungers to enjoy the weather and an outside shower to cool off. The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard with Satellite TV (local) and DVD in the lounge with a selection of films to watch, and the kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle etc. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has a large balcony from which you get great views of the sunset. Bed linen and bath towels are provided (no beach towels), mid-stay cleans are available at an extra cost (ask for details) and a welcome pack (milk, tea, bread etc) can be provided on arrival (ask for details). We have made the villa as child friendly as possible with a cot, high chair, box of toys and other touches to help save you carry everything to Cyprus, we also have a contact who can provide any extra items (stair gates, prams etc) at an additional cost.
The villa is within 5 minutes drive of Potomas fishing port a lovely traditional working port with two fish restaurants which offer a varied menu, and a sandy beach. Ayia Thekla is small quiet residential up market area yet it's on the main road which runs from Ayia Napa – Sotira, within close distance of some of the village restaurants in Frenaros and Liopetri. Car/taxi advisable Local activities in Ayia Napa 4km away and on the Ayia Thekla beach during the summertime include water-skiing, tennis, paragliding, walking and fishing. Sightseeing opportunities include visits to archaeological sites, monasteries, museums and local villages. Waterworld water park is only 5 minutes walk away. Locally you will find a supermarket kiosk, and taverna. Ayia Thekla beach is approx 2-5 min walk away, depending on your speed.
