Description
This lovely white-washed three bedroom bungalow is centrally positioned in the upmarket family resort of Coral Bay, known for its golden sandy beach and crystal clear shallow waters.
It is set in a private community of similar villas, just a stone throw away from the beach and the restaurants, and some of the most exclusive hotels in Cyprus.
The villa has a beautiful garden which is very well maintained with lots of flowers and plants like Geraniums, Lemon trees, mini Palm trees and Bird of Paradise.
The bright and airy open-plan living/dining area offers guests the use of a plasma TV, a CD player, DVD player, dining table and chairs with patio doors opening onto the outside terrace. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped to cater for everyday needs, incorporating both a dishwasher and a washing machine. In total there are 3 bedrooms, comprising of two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom.
The outside area offers a private swimming pool, sun beds, parasols, an external shower, a barbeque, patio area and garden furniture where guests can enjoy outside living to the full. There are ramps for wheelchairs and prams in all the outside areas and a large shed for storage. The villa is situated within close proximity to lots of activities and amenities.
