Villa Oniro Vista (Greek for 'Dream View') is a high specification private property situated within a small complex of modern & luxurious villas, just 1km from Tala Village Square, with its small yet diverse collection of bars, restaurants and tavernas. The villa has 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath. A very open aspect allows for amazing Sea Views from most areas of the villa and its outside areas which include a crystal clear private pool with roman steps.

The villa is conveniently positioned for many tourist attractions and some of the best restaurants in the Paphos area. A short drive takes you to 'Vatouthkia' which has the best Sunday lunch buffet around as well as the famous Adonis Baths. A fairly flat walk of 1km and you are in the heart of the village square in Tala with shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways and tavernas which are very popular with tourists and local residents alike.

The furnishings are not typical of a rental property; the owners have equipped the villa to a very high standard (thus the beds and sofas are nice and comfy!)

INTERIOR

The open plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, benefitting from an electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, microwave and large American style fridge/freezer with water cooler to name just a few. A breakfast bar with stools allows for casual inside snacking or for having a quiet coffee (coffee maker provided).The living area with feature wood burning stove is stylishly furnished with 2 large leather chocolate brown sofas, large flatscreen TV (with Satellite), DVD player and CD player (all with surround sound). There is an alcove with desk and chair for those that wish to stay in touch with home using the wi-fi which is included in the rental price.Selection of DVD's and CD's included.

The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room.

A bright and open white marble staircase, leads to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and has an en-suite shower room. It is also equpped with a small flat screen TV & DVD player. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with sofa set affording a relaxing setting to enjoy the (dream) sea views. Due to the pergola with woven fabric the balcony is suitable for use at all times of day. The final bedroom is a twin bedded room and also has access to the aforementioned balcony. The main bathroom on the first floor has a jacuzzi bath with shower attachment allowing for complete relaxation after a hard day by the pool.

Air-conditioning (which is included in the price) is provided in all bedrooms & living areas. Each room also benefits from ceiling fans. A safety deposit box is provided for safekeeping. All bed linen and towels (including those for by the pool) are provided and changed weekly. Handy items such as hairdryer, curling tongues and hair straighteners are also included, all helping to keep the luggage down.

A travel cot and highchair are supplied free of charge on request. The Satellite TV is 'Free-to-view' which gives BBC & ITV channels. Wi-fi is included.

EXTERIOR

The beautiful 8m x 4m private pool has roman steps for ease of access (great for small children and those with mobility issues) and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds (6 Sun Loungers provided for pool terrace), umbrellas and a poolside shower. A large 'Outback' Gas BBQ is provided along with a table and chairs (under the pergola, again with woven fabric for shade) for alfresco dining at all times of day and on those warm summer evenings. Also situated under the shaded pergola is an astro-turfed play area and toys for small children. The private pool, garden & terraces are all illuminated at night.

LOCATION

Oniro Vista Villa is situated in the breathtaking hills of Tala, in Paphos. Its elevated position ensures sea views can be enjoyed from the landscaped garden, balconies, and from most rooms of the house. The surrounding area (although recently developed and improved) still retains a very Mediterranean feel and charm with plentiful greenery creating a most serene atmosphere.

Only a 10 minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches at Coral Bay and from the centre of Paphos, Tala is a popular location for visitors, ex-pat residents and holiday home owners alike.

Looking down on the main town of Paphos (out to the Med), and often labelled the 'Beverley Hills' of Cyprus, Tala offers a peaceful location with a good village heart including a fine selection of bars, restaurants, traditional taverns and other eateries. Tala is home to 'The Gallery' which is a very tranquil and upmarket restaurant, in a private and leafy setting.

Standing above Tala Village, a 5 minute drive way is the imposing 12th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. Watersports, diving and horse riding are all within a 15 minute drive. Paphos airport is a 25 minute drive with Larnaca airport under 2 hours away. Car hire is recommended to make the most of your stay.

The village is conveniently situated for Golf at 'Minthis Hills', with further golf courses at Elea Estate, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills less than 30 minutes away by car. The villa provides an ideal location for wedding parties and honeymooners with the many weddings that take place in Cyprus (the island of love), and is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle within close proximity of modern amenities.
