Villa Olivia is a luxurious new villa furnished to a high standard by interior design company Bo Concept. It is light, airy and contemporary with a 10m x 5m private pool and private fenced garden with fan palms. The villa enjoys day-long sunshine, but for those preferring shade, the covered terrace is the perfect place to relax or dine whist enjoying beautiful open views of the countryside and pool.
All three bedrooms are double height with air conditioning to keep cool at night. Each bedroom has its own balcony with chairs and table enabling guests
to enjoy the tranquil and distant sea views.
The villa is equipped with all mod cons including 29' Sony Wega satellite TV (all UK channels), dishwasher, Bosch washer, iced water dispenser, video, DVD player, air conditioning & heating.
Last season was our first and many of our guests were so impressed with the quality of the villa and surroundings that they are returning in 2007.
Visitors enjoy the best of both worlds at Villa Kalika: a quiet, peaceful location within easy reach of all amenities: 10 minutes from Paphos Airport, less than 20 to Paphos centre, 3 from Secret Valley golf course with its stylish new restaurant and 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills. Nearby are traditional Cypriot villages such as Pissouri (which also has a lovely sandy beach) and Kouklia with tavernas serving excellent food where the locals and tourists mix and many a memorable night is had by all!
Whether it's golfing, walking, cycling, shopping, touring, eating and drinking or just sunbathing by the pool, Villa Kalika is the perfect place to relax. Suitable for friends and families. Larger parties can be catered for with neighbouring villa.
