The Villa: A beautiful, very spacious and luxurious villa with 3 bedrooms and it’s own private swimming pool. It covers 176 sq. metres and is located in Pernera, near Protaras Cyprus. (5 min walk from local shops, modern and traditional restaurants and a row of Protaras’s most beautiful, secluded golden beaches – all with facilities.) The whole villa is fully furnished with a really beautiful, modern feel.
The Bedrooms: One large master bedroom with a double bed and a large en-suite with toilet and shower. Two large bedrooms, each with two single beds which share a family bathroom. Every bedroom has a satellite TV, bedside cabinets and wardrobes.
The Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room: Off an entrance hallway are located the kitchen and dining area and a separate living area. The kitchen area is open plan with the dining area with a low wall partition in between. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and crockery (all that is required for self-catering). The separate living room is full of comfortable seating, including a fold-out sofa bed (that can accommodate two more persons), a coffee table, a satellite plasma TV, DVD player and a Playstation 2 for the kids.
The Pool Area: It is 4x8m in size and 1-2m in depth. There are plenty of pool-side sun beds. Along with a built-in BBQ, there is a large outdoors dining table with a canopy overhead and ideal lighting for an alfresco, evening meal. There is also a separate seating area for up to eight persons, ideal for a quiet lounge away from the intense sun or a few evening drinks.
