This is an exclusive detached villa in the heart of Coral Bay and is ideal for a large sized family. The villa offers a luxurious setting and is located in a calm and picturesque surrounding, commanding magnificent panoramic views of the sea and a spectacular mountain range.
On the ground floor the villa offers luxurious/spacious living and dining room which are elegantly furnished and decorated.
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, hob cooker and oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery.
There is also a downstairs w/c with hand basin.
On the first floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that can easily accommodate in privacy up to six persons. The Master Bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a double bed, side tables, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with twin single beds, side tables and
fitted wardrobes and share a large family bathroom.
Outside one can enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden and private swimming pool, which are both the focal point of our villas. This is the place solely for you to rest and relax in. All necessary garden and patio furniture are provided.

1. How was the your property? Very good, clean and well appointed - good size garden and swimming pool.
2. And the location? Good and close to shops and restaurants and bars. The sea front down the road was not so good, you have to go up the road to the main street and go a mile down the main road to get to the beach at Coral Bay.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? most of the restaurants, bars etc were good even if a bit on the expensive side. Very good fish and chip restaurant serving really good fish at top of the road on other side of main street. The Chinese restaurant was very good as well.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Very satisfied - good attention to detail and prompt reply to enquiries.
