Modern and comfortable 3 Bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 plus 1 infant in travel cot. Located on south facing hillside on the outskirts of Tala, it commands extensive panoramic views of Paphos town, the coastline to Coral Bay and mountains to the east. Completed in summer 2007 to a high standard, the light and airy interior is complemented by stylish modern furniture and a well equipped Italian kitchen with granite worktop. The curved infinity edge pool with Roman steps takes full advantage of the view, as does the large, luxury 7-seater hot tub/spa.

All 3 bedrooms have king size bed, modern fitted wardrobes and balcony.
Bedroom 1 has a large balcony with furniture from which to enjoy the vast view. Safety Deposit Box. 1 x travel cot can also be provided.

The modern en-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 has a double shower, wc and sink.
The family bathroom has bath/shower over, wc and sink. There is also a ground floor wc.

The kitchen is well equipped with an American side-by-side fridge freezer, which has an automatic ice and water dispenser; cooker; hob; microwave; integrated dishwasher; kettle; toaster; coffee press. Washing Machine is in utility basement.

The lounge is equipped with a 32" LCD TV and Home Cinema DVD system, together with a 90w HiFi system. The dining room has a large oak table. Large leather sofas from which you can enjoy the panoramic views. Board Games.

Bathroom towels and pool towels are included.

The outdoor dining area seats 8, overlooks views, and is covered with a UV protector sunsail to provide shade. Sun Loungers are provided for use on the sandstone patio.

Changeover day is flexible dependant on current bookings.

Please note the accommodation is spread over two floors. The basement is accessible for laundry purposes only, and does not form part of the living space.

Great, beautiful view, very nice especially when the weather was bad we’ve had beautiful views from the living room.

Good, For us this part (Paphos) was a little bit too modern, we like the old Greek villages which are on a more distant area.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
That is in winter more an issue. We were searching for the nice local small taverns, not too expensive, but most is closed in winter, so we’ve no real recommendation

Perfect service so far!
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
For the owner: buy a new vacuum cleaner. The old one is really bad and a heated pool would make this villa the best (pool was too cold and could not be used). Also I would recommend other villa owners to install a hot tub outside if they want to rent more during winter. holiday testimonial

We thought that the villa was absolutely amazing, lots of room very wellfurnished fully equipped with everything that you would need for yourstay there, even down to the finishing touches like toiletries andslippers. The View from the bay window was just breathtaking and we satfor hours on the leather chairs looking out to the sea. The pool wasbeautiful and the hot tub was great late on at night, very well kept.The villa and the grounds were clean and tidy. When the downstairs is finished off it will be excellent.
