Welcome to Villa Naxos, a private home nestled in the hills surrounding ‘Peyia’, (a traditional Cypriot village just a few kilometres from Paphos) and overlooking the near-by popular resort of Coral Bay. Villa Naxos is a newly refurbished detached villa offering luxurious accommodation on two levels with additional outdoor living space comprising of some small and large terraces and private pool. All areas of the villa have unrivalled panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and to the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a no-through road which provides the only access to the four detached villas comprising ‘Sunrise Dreams’.
This impressive 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached Cyprus Holiday Villa has been designed, furnished and landscaped to the highest standards and offers a real taste of traditional Cypriot village life. The villa is located in an elevated position with both Coral Bay a short drive and Peyia village centre approx. 15 minute walk away. DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the thought and care that has gone in to make the villa a true home from home. Access at Ground Floor level leads on to the Master Bedroom with King-Sized bed, fitted wardrobes and balcony with panoramic views and a large En-Suite Bathroom with bath and shower. The other room on this level is a Twin Room also with En-Suite, this time with large enclosed shower cubicle.
Stairs lead down to the basement level where you will find the spacious and stunning open plan areas of the Lounge, Dining Area and Kitchen as well as a further Twin Room with adjacent Shower Room. Both the lounge and dining areas give access to the impressive terraces and private pool area. The Lounge is smartly designed with traditional stone built sofas and comfortable cushions. There is a TV and DVD player plus a selection of board games for entertainment. The Dining Area has a long table with 8 chairs in modern design. The particularly spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in stainless steel. These include Oven, Hob and Large hood, tall Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher (integrated Bosch) and Washing Machine. The Twin Room features 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes and allows access by patio doors to a terrace for sun loungers which is nicely shaded by a large palm tree. The adjacent shower room completes the internal areas of this level.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. The villa also benefits from a UK style sanitary system meaning toliet tissue can be flushed away. Many extras such as Cypriot style BBQ, chrome heated towels rails in all bathrooms, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, pool/beach towels, extra tables, inflatable toys and a traditional wooden cot and bedding make this a true home from home that is well worth the visit.
Wi-Fi can be accessed through a citycell signal with useage paid for by scratchcards which are be purchased locally. Cost is 25 euros pwk, 35 euros two weeks and 50 euros per month.
DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR Outside, the villa has an extremely generous landscaped garden featuring palm trees, bougainvilleas and other exotic pants as well as a 9m x 4m private pool with ample room for sunloungers (6 supplied). Outside the lounge and dining areas is a long terrace with pergola and patio area in front for the table and chairs and parasol as well as sun loungers. The views from this area are quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party.

Villa Naxos
We found the property clean and comfortable. It was just the two of us but would have accomadated 6 people easily as it was very spacious.
The location for us was great, very quiet, just what we were looking for.
Cyprus properties were quick to deal with damage to the patio furniture due to a storm.
Overall the Villa was fab and would recommend it to anyone if they wanted a quiet getaway.
We would most certainly return.

The property was lovely and very spacious. I was impressed that the villa looked exactly as was described and photographed on your website as I know that sometimes these can be a little exagerated! The views are outstanding and it is in a quiet part of Peyia perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It is slightly off the main road to Peyia and I would recommend that anyone going who doesnt want to be walking miles to and from the village hires a car. The villa itself is very well equipped and the garden and pool area are the best parts of the holiday. The Tombs of the Kings are well worth a visit if you are interested in history of Cyprus. It is inexpensive (£1.70) and a short trip from the villa, so it pays to go early in the day as the area is very exposed (no shade at all) and it gets really hot in Paphos. The Grande in Peyia is a lovely place to have an inexpensive dinner and they also do cocktails so you can make a night of it! The other place that we thought was worthy of a mention was the last castle just outside Peyia which is at the end of a fairly bumpy road on the way to Lara Beach which does a barbeque to die for! There is no menu, its salad, bread, pork, chicken and baked pots on big flintstone tables but some of the best food I have ever had! We would highly recommend your company and your prompt reply to our many emails and all the help that we received from you. We will be back next year!

Dear Cyprus Property and Villas Ltd,
I had a fantastic time in Cyprus/Greece. 1. How was the your property? Villa Naxos was brilliant. As great as I expected it from the pictures and the www-site. Great standart in equipment, furniture etc.
2. And the location? Excellent location! Pahos is a great area. Especially the view from the Pageia Hills - incredible. Very quiet. Good to reach by car. Supermarkets close. Restaurants close. Beaches within 10 minutes. I was in Agia Naipa one day and thought - God, i am glad I am in the Coral bay area. its a much nicer place. Not as crowded but everything close.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? I liked the Philippos Supermarket behind the church in Pageia. Great service, great food, friendly staff. The "Tombs of the kings" were great. And I loved the Olivetti restaurant. A StoneGrill restaurant, which is great!
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Excellent service via mail and internet. Fast and accurate.

The property was fantastic, exactly as shown on the pictures and as described on the internet. We were really excited when we approached the villa - hoping that we would not be disappointed. Every bit of the property was just as fantastic as we had hoped for. The pool was really nice and well kept with cleaning and checking twice a week. The outdoor shower was much used. Despite the fact that the neighbouring villas are quite close, it was still very private due to the different levels.
The location was great. The little town of Peiya still had the local touch with old men in front of the taverna, local restaurants of various kinds and a fantastic bakery. The location of the villa on a closed road on the hill side was amazing - it was so quiet basically all day. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings (coffee and a book on the terrace) while the kids slept in late. The location does, however, require that you have a car so this is recommended.
It was too hot in July but we enjoyed Pafos Waterpark (though it is expensive) and the harbour front in Pafos. Also all the restaurants in Coral Bay (3 km) were excellent - large variety of restaurants and bars so when you are tired of the quiet hillside you can cover the need for tourism and souvenirs there!! The Japanese Restaurant where they cook the food at your table was a favourite to the entire family - excellent food and a fun experience.
The service provided by Cyprus Property Villas was outstanding!! Speedy responses, very competent, good advice/help - thanks so much for making it a fantastic experience for our family.
We had a few problems (a power failure and a broken bed) but the homestagers took care of it immediately and made sure that everything was OK. They were also very helpful with advice. A very positive and nice experience.
We have also and will continue to recommend your rental agency to friends and family. And we will be back!! Thanks so much :-)
