Villa Mythos is a privately owned villa situated in the picturesque village of Peyia , occupying corner position on a small complex, within walking distance of the village centre where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.
The property is just 3 km away from Coral Bay with its beautiful beaches on the west coast of Cyprus , and approximately 10k away from Paphos center. Paphos International Airport is 30 minutes drive by car.
Ground floor
The living area is spacious and separated from the kitchen area. It consists of three sofas (one three-seat, one two-seat and one one-seat) ,TV with satellite channels, and a DVD . A large patio window opens out onto one of the two verandas and offer views of the pool and garden.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric Oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge /freezer and all necessary cutlery, utensils and crockery. It is also consists of a large table and accommodates eight.
Also on the ground floor there is a master Bedroom with en – suite bath-room.
This room has a double sized bed, fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space, and a patio door, opens on to a shaded terrace, next to the barbeque, with views of the pool and garden.
First floor
There are three bedrooms in the first floor.
The master bedroom has en suite bathroom , a double sized bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors, leading on to the balcony. The second bedroom also has patio door access to its own large sun balcony and has 2 single sized beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single sized beds, and fitted wardrobes. This room has no access to a balcony. Both twin rooms have access to the family bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned (cool + heat mode).
Outside area
Outside, there are 2 small terraces to the front. 1 is accessed from the main living area and one from the master bedroom.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool is the barbeque together with an external basin for lovely Cyprus barbeque nights. A table with 4 chairs is provided for outside dining. A second table and more chairs can be provided on request free of charge.
