Villa Meltemi is part of a private community of 8 villas - owned and run by the Papageorgiou family who live on site and who are available to you for asistance and advice from the time you arrive.
You are met personally and guided through the villa where you are also provided with an information pack and discount vouchers fot local restaurants and activities.
Villa Meltemi is a single level 3 bedroom fully detached Greek island style whitewashed villas, with adjustable shutters. The villa has been designed with attention to detail and built to high standards with all the comfort and modern conveniences for your enjoyment.
The villa has air-conditioning in each bedroom and in the living/dining area (at no extra charge).
This beautiful cyprus villa has a large private individual swimming pool which is set amongst colourful and fragrant Mediterranean gardens.
There is also an open plan living and dining area is sympathetically decorated to harmonise with the design of the villa. TV, Video, DVD, Satellite, CD/Cassette/Radio player and books are provided in this villa.
Well equipped timber kitchen with breakfast bar and stools and are equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric ceramic hotplate and oven with exhaust fan. All china, cutlery, pots and pans are included.
A Separate laundry areas (from the kitchen) within the villa is provided and includes a washing machine, basin, pegs, iron, ironing board and exterior rotary clothesline.
Timber beds with bedside drawer units, bedside lamp and built-in wardrobe units. Each bedroom has a verandah / patio with outdoor furniture. 1 x Master bedroom with a shower ensuite and 2 x Twin bedrooms - one of the twin bedrooms has a shower ensuite and the other twin bedroom has an adjacent family bathroom.
All bed linen and bathroom towles are provided HOWEVER you do need to BRING your own BEACH TOWELS.
This cyprus holiday villa has a 9.5m x 4.5m pool with paved lounging area around the pool, sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and outdoor dining suite, charcoal BBQ and outdoor shower are provided surrounded by a well maintained garden. The swimming pool is maintained regularly for your safety and health.

Villa Meltemi has the added benefit of being designed to take into account the needs of wheel chair bound guests.
The living / dining area and one twin bedroom is generous in size to aid wheelchair circulation.
The ensuite to the large twin bedroom has generous circulation space and a shower cubicle with no hob and has been designed to international wheel chair circulation standards. Grab rails next to the WC and in the shower cubicle are provided; there is no sense of the clinical look as the white grab rails blend in with the white walls tiles. A shower chair and an elevated toilet seat are also available on request.
The swimming pool area - the large out door terrace and living / dining area of the villa are all on the same level, no steps, which makes access to these areas with a wheelchair effortless. In addition the swimming pool has a step area with a grab rail to help guests with mobility problems to get into the pool. A wheel chair bound guest needs to driven up the gravel driveway to disembark in the villa grounds at the pool area. Once situated in the villa grounds there is free circulation space within the villa and around the pool and patio areas.
