This villa situated near Latchi, Polis area, located in the village of Neo-Chorio on the edge of the Akamas peninsula approximately 45 minutes drive from Paphos airport.
This peaceful rural area with its panoramic landscape views with 20 Km of superb beaches of sand and crystal clear sea combine to provide an idylic atmosphere ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday that many of us would dream about. The area is a kaleidoscope of vivid abstract colours which enhance the surrounding natural beauty. There is a good choice of tavernas and restaurants available, offering fine food in relaxed surroundings; Neo Chorion and Latchi will not suit anybody looking for bustling nightlife. Both young and old ramblers will love the many walks in the area and there is also watersports for the more energetic.
The villa is located in a dominant position with a magnificent view over Chrysochou bay. Its location allows easy day trips to many popular destinations in Cyprus such as Baths of Aphrodite (2 km), Turtle Bay (4 km), Avakas Gorge (6 km), Adonis Baths (8 km), Paphos Castle (14 km) and Aphrodites Rock (21 km). The Troodos mountain range is only 2 hours away.
Villa Mellisi is a two storey one bedroom listed stone built cottage with its own private kidney shaped pool with portable BBQ.
The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite shower and wc. There is also a downstair bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.
The villa consists of a living room/dining area with a wood burning fireplace and fully furnished kitchen (this includes dish washer, washing machine, electric oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer). The living room also has a sofa bed for some extra accomodation if required.
This villa is ideal for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

The villa was lovely, clean and a good location. George dealt with promptly
with all queries... such as.... it was cold and he sent someone with
blankets and instructions to deal with heating.
Some information left at the property would have been advantageous. Most
properties have local leaflets and information and perhaps notes left by
former residents as to facilities. E.g upon arriving we did not know that
there was a supermarket within walking distance.. for three days we drove to
latsi for things like milk. We found good restaurants by trial and error as
opposed to recommendation. (This detail has been sent to the owner).
This is a premium property. Attention to some details eg make sure there
were big drinking glasses, a supply of tablets for the dishwasher.. and bin
bags;.. would be expected.
All in all, despite the wet weather, the holiday was relaxing and we are
considering returning again to Cyprus.

We had a fantastic time in your villa and really enjoyed our stay there.
1) As a company Cyprus Property and Villas were really helpful and flexible and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again.
2) The villa was really lovely, in a wonderful location.
The directions from Pathos airport were clear and accurate.
The villa was clean and reasonably well equipped. However, it would be good if there were some basics there, for example washing up liquid and dishcloths. It would also be good if there were local information kept at the villa, perhaps a visitors book so recommendations could be shared, and info about good restaurants. Some info about the villa would also have been helpful, for example indicating how long the hot water needed to heat up, how the television works, what to do with rubbish, what to do with the keys on departure etc.
Having said all of that we had a really fantastic relaxing break.
