Villa Maken has magnificent views, large garden and pool. This well appointed 3 bedroom fully air conditioned detached villa is just outside Tsada Village. Well located for Coral Bay, Paphos,Golf and Water Sports.
This villa is a very large villa sitting in its own grounds with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside above Paphos Town, Laona Villa is a short walk or drive to the near by village of Tsada. The 18 hole, 6,200 meter Tsada Golf Course is a short drive away and the beaches of Coral Bay are within 20-25 minutes drive.
Built to a very high standard with large verandas around the outside, all the rooms are very spacious with beautiful marble flooring throughout. The villa is fully air conditioned/centrally heated(it has split unit)making it the perfect choice whatever time of year you choose to go.
A large entrance hall leads to the spacious and generous furnished lounge/dining area. There is an open fire in the lounge. There are sliding doors out to the veranda on two sides of the room making it very light and airy.
The dining table seats eight comfortably. There is a serving hatch to a very well-equipped kitchen. A door leads out to the swimming pool and gardens. There is also a small fully fitted tiled downstairs shower room with toilet.
On the first floor are three large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed,and en-suite bathroom,shower and toilet. Bedroom two has two double beds. Bedroom three has a double bed. There is a fully tiled family bathroom.

The landscaped gardens surround the Villa conprising many plants and shrubs with a small area laid to lawn. The swimming pool and gardens the swimming pool is a good size and plenty of room for sunbathing. There are loungers around the pool, patio tables and chairs as well as a barbecue area for your enjoyment.
The Tsada Golf Club The Tsada Golf Club is an elevated 18-hole grass course set on the hills of the Monastery of Stavro and you can actually see the monks walking in their gardens – a very romantic setting for your game! This par 72 course of 6060 meters in length with many of the fairways on the hillsides makes this course more interesting. The wooden-built clubhouse has a bar and restaurant with terrace overlooking the course and lands beyond. The course is about half an hour from Aphrodite Hill. You can walk this course or take a buggy.
