This is a very large villa with private pool in the St Georges area near the renowned areas of Agios Georgios and Coral Bay. It is 750m from the beach and coastline and has sea views from most areas of the house. You can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes or less. The generously proportioned garden is private and tranquil with the road leading to the villa being very quiet also. The fully air-conditioned villa has a large reception are with storage that leads to the ground floor areas of the house. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with cream leather sofas having views of the television (with Satellite and DVD), and through the patio doors into the garden and pool area. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances that include a dishwasher. Making up the ground floor is a very nice Double bedroom with adjacent shower room. The bedroom also has patio doors out to the garden and pool making it a very private and self contained area. There is also a 4th bedroom with double bed and space for a cot (supplied on request). Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to 2 further bedrooms which again are of a good size, the master having a king-sized bed and adjacent bathroom which comprises jet shower and curved cubicle. The twin room also has its own bathroom, this time with bath and shower.
A balcony runs almost the full length of the upstairs, facing south and affording wonderful views of the immediate farmland, over to the Mediterenean Sea with the church at Agios Georgios making up part of the scenery. This is a great area to sit in peace and quiet, have breakfast or a coffee and relax and enjoy the Cyprus sunshine.
Outside, a long driveway that can accommodate 2 cars leads to the front of the house and round into the rear garden area. To the side and rear of the house are BBQ and Table Tennis Table. The front area has a 9.5m x 4.5m kidney shaped pool as its centrepiece. A shaded terrace with table and chairs to seat 6 or 8 overlooks the pool area, again allowing views of the surrounding countryside. This makes it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party.
In walking distance of the villa are around 6 traditional tavernas serving BBQ'd meat and local dishes. You are only a 5-7 minute drive from Coral Bay, Peyia village and 20 minutes into Paphos town. Easy access can be gained to the beautifully traditional village of Kathikas and you can also easily reach Polis and Latchi on the other side.
As previously mentioned, the beach and coastline can be walked to in under 10 minutes with a choice of routes and areas of coastline to enjoy. Agios Georgios has a renowned fish taverna where fresh fish is brought from fishing vessels that are stationed in the picturesque harbour situated directly below. The monastery at Agios Georgios is beautifully architectured and is always a draw for visitors to the area.

"1. How was the your property? Beautiful villa in an quiet and peaceful location, which was just what we were hoping for. Some aspects getting a little tired (i.e. shower-heads in the bathrooms were leaking and could do with replacing. (This has been reported and they are to be replaced - 03.08.10). Excellent degree of privacy - not overlooked. 2. And the location? Excellent, quiet - not suitable for anyone wanting to experience 'nightlife' but this was reachable in a taxi if required. 3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? The costal scenery around the alkamas hills was beautiful (in particular Lara Bay - turtle nesting ground) however, advisable that the roads are more suited to 4x4 vehicles! The Sunset bar/restaurant nearby was lovely - the house meze was excellent and the family who ran it were very helpful and welcoming. Don't be afraid to venture off the main roads, everywhere we went the people were very welcoming. 4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Yes, in particular the online web booking and email system worked very well. 5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? Only one small thing.... the night we arrived (late after flight delay) the travel cot we had booked was not in the villa... however, we rang David who looked after the villas locally and despite the late hour he got up and brought the cot for us, which we really appreciated! 6. Having always been hotel holiday makers, we were stepping into the unknown to a certain extent when choosing to stay in a villa for our recent visit to Cyprus. We did all the research, checked out the photographs, locations and so on, and decided to go for it and book Villa Magnolia (Cyprus Property & Villas made this decision and process very simple I might add). It did more than live up to our high expectations. From the initial contact with Alex, who greeted us on arrival, we found the villa and its owner, to be very hospitable. We had chosen the villa for its quiet location, but within easy access to the sea ( a beautiful harbour in 5 minutes) and the normal tourist hot spots (Paphos, Coral Bay etc). Although we had opted to self cater rather than eat out regularly, and so didn't necessarily sample too much of the local cuisine, there was no lack of choice available. One regret we did have was that we didn't rent a small 4x4 rather than the typical saloon type vehicle. The villa owner recommended we visit the Lara Bay area which is famous for its visiting turtles, but the roads and access certainly required a sturdy car to get you there and back in one piece. Well worth a look though, the car made it, just! Can't compliment the villa enough, swimming pool was a joy, the spacious villa interior was cool and relaxing, and everything was provided for in terms of everyday equipment.
Thanks to all concerned, and we would certainly recommend the villa to anyone looking and wondering whether this was the one....

We are delighted to say that we all had a wonderful holiday and would recommend your companyt o friends and family. The Villa was modern, clean and nicely positioned in a quiet location with far reaching views of the local countryside and the sea.
Within walking distance of the villa was a family run Restaurant called the 'Sunset' where we were looked after by Andreas and his family, excellent food and an amazing barbeque at the weekend . Highly recommended.
We only had one complaint, that in the Villa details it stated satalite TV was included, however, we were unable to get hardly any English channels which was disappointing as it was Wimbledon week and would have liked to have kept up to date with Andy Murray's progress.
