Villa Lemoni is a newly built 3 bedroom villa in Argaka, Cyprus (near Paphos) that sleeps 6-8 people. Boasting panoramic sea views and the beautiful Troodos Mountains as the backdrop the villa is the perfect base from which to explore this historic island.
The villa is finished to a high standard with traditional and comfortable furnishings. Air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and living area provide welcome relief from the heat. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge and dining room with sliding doors opening out onto the patio area where you’ll find the bbq and table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside the 11 x 4 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sun beds, lilo’s and a poolside shower. The landscaped garden with its mature lemon trees provide shade from the sun. Alongside the villa is a private parking space.
Argaka is a beautiful, quiet, un-spoilt village on the West coast of Paphos where you will find many orchards and deserted beaches. With it's natural coastline and the handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road, the village has a laidback atmosphere. Polis, the principal town for the area, is a 10 minute drive away. Huddled around a pedestrianised square with a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, and cafes, Polis has all the amenities you’ll need. There is a pretty pebble beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees. The seaside resort of Latchi, is only a few minutes further on, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. The town of Paphos is a 45 minutes drive away.
This beautiful region with its breathtaking views and miles and miles of picturesque coastline makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. The area also provides a variety of restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. There are many walking trails nearby or for the more adventurous the sporting and activity facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris into the Troodos Mountains, balloon flights, scuba diving, snorkeling and sea fishing.
