Lemon Grove Villa is spacious, light & airy, situated in a large private garden in a quiet area just a short stroll from restaurants, bars, beaches & an excellent bus service.
Large level patio. private pool, BBQ, small grove of lemon trees, full enclosed grounds all to enhance your holiday with the local resort of Coral Bay just minutes away.

Tastefully decorated, the sunken lounge boasts 3 comfortable sofas, TV, satellite & DVD player, and a feature marble fireplace. The beautifully appointed kitchen has oak units, a Corian worktop, and all the appliances you would expect- fridge, freezer, hob, cooker, washing machine, microwave. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Patio doors lead from both the dining room and the lounge onto a very spacious, level patio area which overlooks the pool and landscaped gardens.
There are 3 bedrooms, all en-suite. Bedroom 1 is upstairs, with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath & shower (over bath). Bedroom 2 is upstairs, with two single beds, fitted wardrobes & a lovely en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is downstairs, and has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a lovely en-suite shower room. Patio doors give direct access to the patio and swimming pool. (it’s 8 steps from bed to pool- what better way to wake up!) This room would particularly suit grandparents or disabled guests.
All beds have crisp white linen and duvets. Towels and tea towels are provided.
There is a downstairs cloakroom, and many windows enjoy mountain or partial sea views. A small first floor balcony enjoys views over the lovely garden towards the mountains. All rooms have air conditioning.

The garden has been designed for outdoor living, and families will particularly enjoy the level, fully enclosed grounds.
There is a very large level patio area which has a 6-seater table beneath two shaded pergolas with vines growing up them.
The large 12m x 6m pool has Roman steps at one end, and gently slopes away to a deep end, making it perfect for children. There is a poolside shower and underwater lighting for a relaxing evening dip. The poolside terrace has 6 sun beds.
Beside the pool is a large bbq with sink area, perfect for family alfresco dining.
At the foot of the garden is a small grove of mature lemon trees with grass beneath, providing some welcome shade in summer for reading, picnicking or for children to play. Help yourself to a lemon for your evening G & T or breakfast pancakes.
The landscaped gardens are well stocked with a range of Mediterranean shrubs and flowers, to provide an intoxicating scent and splash of colour. The plants have been chosen with children & hay fever sufferers in mind!
There is ample parking for several cars, with a shaded pergola over part of the driveway.
