1. How was the your property?

A really great property, well laid out and maintained. A pleasant surprise was the lower level pool area. Although part of a row of villas, the way this was laid out gave total privacy from those around us. The roof terrace was a great place for a late night-cap, looking back over the coast towards Paphos. Sian, who looked after the villa, was extremely helpful and when she knew we would be around for a late flight on our last day even made enquiries about using some of the other villas she managed as well as checking out facilities at the local hotel for storage and showering. I was really impressed with this and it was much appreciated.

2. And the location?

Excellent. A couple of minutes walk from the main drag and, therefore, within easy reach of all on offer in Coral Bay as well as the buses back to Paphos when needed.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

As an Irishman, I have a tendency to drift towards O’Solomons Irish Bar down by the Coral Beach and Coralia Hotels. Really friendly staff, who always remember conversations from previous years, and great food as well. I also found a little beach bar hidden away on the far side of the main Coral Bay beach – there are steps leading down from the road, down the left hand-side of Coral Beach hotel (as you look at the hotel). Really well laid out, they served up food as well and had their own little sun-loungers for the really laid back.

That said, I haven’t had a bad experience in any of the restaurants or bars over the years in Coral Bay.

Yes, as always. Really helpful suggestions and always willing and able to help with any additional requirements.

We recently returned from a week at Villa No7, Porto Lara, Coral Bay (Booking Ref 4317), and just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time. I would be delighted to add a testimonial to your website if you wish.

The villa more than lived up to our expectations - the photos really don't do it justice. It was in a perfect location, within easy walking distance to the main street of Coral Bay and the beach facilities and water sports, just as you said! It was very beautiful, spacious and private, with a large and very clean pool in a secluded spot. The gardens were glorious, as was the sea view. The covered balcony gave some welcome shelter from the scorching heat, as did the palm trees by the pool. Your local staff member was very helpful and called in on the first day to check if everything was ok. A slight problem with the air conditioning in one room (it had simply run out of gas) was instantly addressed and fixed within hours. Also, some basic foodstuffs were thoughtfully provided and left in the fridge for our arrival. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone - we hope to go back ourselves sometime!

Your booking process is very easy and problem-free, and I was delighted that the villa also turned out to be great, as there is always a slight worry when booking accommodation that it will not be quite what you were led to believe. Not this time! As this was a special holiday for us, in joint celebration of our daughters' 21st and 18th birthdays, and our 25th wedding anniversary, we really were delighted that everything lived up to our expectations, and more!

We have just returned from our villa holiday in Cyprus, which was wonderful. Your service was very friendly, helpful and efficient and I would recommend you to any of my friends.

We found the website easy to use and informative.

Everything went very smoothly, the taxis you ordered for us were waiting when we arrived and we used them for our return to the airport as their prices were very competitive. The villa was beautiful, and I agree with the other review on the website, the villa is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The pool area is very private and relaxing!

It is a perfect villa with plenty of space for 6 adults!

Cyprus Property & Villas were very helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and you made the process very stress free. We would definately use you again without hesitation and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. The villa was amazing, the photos on the website do not do it justice.

For instance the size, pool, views and decor went beyond expectations. The location of the villa was perfect, close enough to town but also quiet as it is on a private road with only a handful of other villas. The pool area was not overlooked so it felt very private and also had plenty of space surrounding it for sunbathing. The villa itself had everything you could possibly need and the welcome pack was appreciated. Finally thank you to both of you for all your help and we'l be in touch next time we plan to go to Cyprus.
