Villa Keti is a 2 bedroom fully detached Greek island style whitewashed villa, with adjustable shutters. The villa has been designed with attention to detail and built to high standards with all the comfort and modern conveniences for your enjoyment.

The villa has air-conditioning in each bedroom and in the living/dining area (at no extra charge).

This villa has a large private individual swimming pool which is set amongst colourful and fragrant Mediterranean gardens. The villa is orientated to enjoy the beautiful countryside and sea views.

There is also an open plan living and dining area is sympathetically decorated to harmonise with the design of the villa. TV, Video, DVD, Satellite, CD/Cassette/Radio player and books are provided in this villa.

Well equipped timber kitchen with breakfast bar and stools and are equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric ceramic hotplate and oven with exhaust fan. All china, cutlery, pots and pans are included.

A separate laundry areas (from the kitchen) within the villa is provided and include washing machine, basin, pegs, iron, ironing board and exterior rotary clothesline.

Timber beds with bedside drawer units, bedside lamp and built-in wardrobe units. Each bedroom has a verandah with outdoor furniture. 1 x Master bedroom with a shower ensuite and 1 x Twin bedroom with a shower ensuite and downstairs there is a guest powder room.

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided HOWEVER you do need to BRING your BEACH TOWELS.

This villa has a 9.5 m x 4.5m pool with paved lounging area around the pool, sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and outdoor dining suite, charcoal BBQ and outdoor shower are provided surrounded by a well maintained and established garden. Pool is maintenance regularly for your safety and health.

Cots / Playpens and highchairs are available on request at no extra charge. You must at the time of booking confirm if you require these items to ensure availability.

A Complimentary Food Hamper Pack is supplied to you on your arrival. The Welcome Pack includes basic essentials such as; slice bread, margarine, ham, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, bottled water, wine, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and sponges.

Preferred ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE day - Wednesday for the months of April through to the end of October.
November through to the end of March any day.

The use of air-conditioning is FREE a HUGE SAVING! When you stay at villa NEOS you are SAVING money as many villa owners still charge for air-conditioning at a minimum of GBP 3 per unit per day therefore on a 3 bedroom villa such as this you could be expected to pay an EXTRA GBP 84 per week (based on a 3 bedroom villa with 4 x air-con units).
