Welcome to our villa in Kathikas which is located on the west side of cyprus, (the nearest airport is paphos) It is a newly built luxury villa with its own private pool and three double rooms, sleeping upto 8 persons.
This charming villa is in the beautiful historic village of kathikas, with its quaint tavernas and traditional stone built buildings. It is in a central location that offers you the best that cyprus can offer with close links to Paphos town, Coral bay, Latsi harbour and the Akamas Peninsula which is an area of outstanding natural beauty, For the perfect get-away location.
The Master bedroom has airconditioning and cieling fan with double bed and walk through wardrobe leading to en-suite shower room, this room has french doors leading to the patio area and pool. There are a further two bedrooms one with a double bed airconditioning cieling fan and french doors leading to patio area and pool. The other bedroom has twin beds airconditioning and cieling fan, both these rooms share a family bathroom. A washing machine and sink and third toilet are located in the utility room.

Outside, the large 10m x 5m pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, umbrellas. The swimming pool area is completely private and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.
The prominent position of this villa means it enjoys uninterrupted views over fields and grapevines. Today, Kathikas is one of the most attractive villages in the area, well known for its great many vineyards, grapes being its main produce and their cultivation the main occupation of the villagers.
