Villa Kate is newly built and is situated in the picturesque village of Peyia in Cyprus. The villa is less than 3km from the wonderful sandy beach of Coral Bay and the nearby banks, restaurants and shops. This villa is also within easy access to many historial sites, tourist attractions, golf courses, watersports facilities, national park of Akamas and Avacas Gorge, Bird Park and lots more!!!
This is well decorared, newly furnished and fully equipped both indoors and outdoors providing every comfort for a memorable family holiday. From this villa you will also have breathtaking views of Coral Bay.
Villa Kate is fully furnished with an open plan lounge, dining room including television with satellite TV channels and fully fitted kitchen which includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Dining Room: Consists of a large table and accommodates six.
Living Room: Consists of three sofas (one three-seat, one two-seat and one one-seat).
Entertainment: A TV is provided along with a satellite system showing International channels as well as local TV channels.
The master bedroom features an en-suite deluxe bathroom. Each of the two other twin bedrooms have their own en-suite shower. All rooms include sufficient wardrobe space and are fully air-conditioned (cool + heat mode).
The villa has its own luxury swimming pool with mosaic tile finish and dolphin mosaic at the bottom of the pool. The pool is divided into to two levels, one end has a suitable depth for children of 0,70cm, while the other has a more suitable depth for adults of 1,70cm. There is also six sun beds, a table for six with an umbrella to shade you from the sun on those really sunny days and a barbecue site with all the equipment required.

There is a fully covered parking for one car, which proves very useful in summer as it keeps your car cool and safe from the sun.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning, which is £3cyp per unit per day.
Linen and towels will be provided on arrival and there is a weekly maid service for towel and bed linen change.
Welcome pack is also provided on arrival.
