This is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa in the village of Kissonerga with easy access to Paphos and Coral Bay. Due to Villa Joanna's great location car hire is not essential, but maybe recommended for those with mobility problems, as there is an incline in between the coast and the villa.

This villa offers excellent sea views and is close to the sea. Don’t miss a swim at night time, under the stars and moonlight in the warm summer months of June, July, August and September.

This well equipped villa offers 2 floors. On the ground floor we have also a twin bedroom with a shower room, with wash basin and WC. There is also a modern kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, electric kettle, filter machine, dish washer, washing machine and Iron with iron board.

On the same floor is the sitting room and a dinning area with a dinning table for 8-9 persons. In the lounge there is a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, an armchair, a satellite colour T.V. with SKY news, a video recorder, a radio, a CD player and DVD.

On the first floor we have 3 bedroom. A master bedroom with a double bed, shower and W.C en-suite, fitted wardrobe and a safe box.

The other 2 twin bedrooms with communal shower room with wash basin and W.C. All bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.

At the front is a patio area overlooking the villas own private swimming pool 5m X 10.m. with salty water. There are ample sun beds, umbrella’s and garden furniture are around the pool area provided for your benefit.

In front of the pool is the garden with grass, bananas and other trees around.

This villa is suitable for families with children.
