A large comfortably furnished villa with a huge, private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens, close to the golf courses of Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
This villa is impressive, from the first view of the imposing frontage set in its own huge plot, to the facilities provided to ensure that you have an unforgettable holiday experience.
The gardens are stunning with a range of plants and shrubs normally only seen in botanical gardens, and fruit trees which always seem to have a mouth-watering delight on offer. Handy lemons for that first gin and tonic!
The large terraces provide some shade under the balcony, and parasols are also provided along with a gas barbecue and a table for six to eight for those alfresco meals, whilst you admire the spectacular sea and mountain views. An outside shower is also provided for guests convenience.
Inside the villa continues to impress, from the lounge with its picture windows bringing the garden inside, to the modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops and two fridge/freezers. Ideal for keeping those beers and wine super chilled. Carry on up the wide staircase to the galleried landing which leads to the three bedrooms, all with their own private balcony and spectacular sea views.
All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, all are light and airy with extra large twin beds for your added comfort, and all offer that holiday of a lifetime experience.
The spacious open plan lounge area is beautifully furnished with three comfy leather sofas, providing seating for eight, coffee tables, tv, dvd, video and a music system is provided. Numerous videos, and film and music dvds are available for your use for the duration of your stay. A cloakroom leads off the lounge area. Freeview is provided with numerous English channels.
The dining area is furnished with a stylish dining table comfortably seating eight, with views of the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, everything necessary for eating in, with the added extra of an additional fridge/freezer to accomodate larger parties.
Only 10 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from the bustling resort of Kato Paphos and in such close proximity to two of Cyprus' best golf courses. This villa offers everything required for a perfect holiday, peace and solitude, golf, village tavernas and restaurants where one can enjoy the local flavour, and the tourist area of Kato Paphos providing nightlife and shopping if the mood takes you.
Two sets of golf clubs are also provided for guests use.

There are numerous local villages and beaches within a 15 minute drive, all providing bars and restaurants and on certain evenings local entertainment. The friendly village of Kouklia with its tavernas frequented by tourists and locals alike is only 5 minutes away, along with Secret Valley/Aphrodite Hills Golf Club restaurant for a special occasion.
