Villa Holly is a luxury 3 bed / 2 bathroom detached villa with its own 8m x 4m swimming pool set in lovely, secluded private gardens. Furnished to an immaculate, modern and spacious standard the Villa boast facilities such as Air Conditioning, digital TV, Wi-Fi internet access, DVD player, and CD/MP3 music system including an I pod docking port.

Villa Holly has an open plan living and dining area. It is stylishly furnished with comfortable modern settees and a dining table which can comfortably seat 6 adults. The spacious kitchen has granite worktops, and modern appliances that include fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee percolator, toasted sandwich maker, kettle and toaster. The Kitchen also has plenty of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and saucepans.

Villa Holly boasts beautiful, secluded and landscaped gardens with its own private swimming pool and sun bathing areas. There is a gazebo with a dining table and six chairs which is fully lit for evening dinning together with a BBQ and sun beds. The villa is extremely safe for young children with the pool has its own life buoy and ladder access from either end.

The villa is situated just outside the lovely coastal village of Pissouri which is approximately 20 minutes from Paphos Airport. The village has spectacular views of both the Mediterranean and the Troodos mountains inland. There are many excellent restaurants and Taverna's, an open air amphitheatre for events with a stunning backdrop, modern banking facilities, supermarkets and shops in the pedestrianised square.

Visitors also have access to a communal tennis court and a 10m x 5m swimming pool which is only a short two minute walk from the villa.

Just three kilometres or a short 5 minute drive from the villa is Pissouri Beach. The beach is safe, clean and picturesque, earning blue flag status and offers a wide variety of water sports including jet skiing and paragliding etc. The curvature of the bay also means that it is extremely safe for children.

Villa Holly is only a ten minute drive away from Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses which are next to the world famous Aphrodite's Rock.

The weekly price is an inclusive price with no additional costs.

Price fully inclusive of air-conditioning and wifi internet access

Before your arrival the property is cleaned professionally. Linen, bath towels and beach towels are included. However linen for the cot is not.

There is no automatic mid-stay clean and linen change, but the option to have additional cleaning carried out during your visit at an additional cost of £80

We also require a £100 fully refundable breakages deposit to be paid when the final balance is due. The breakages deposit is refundable upon returning from your holiday on the condition that there is no breakages/damages to the Villa.
