This is an exclusive detached villa in the heart of Coral Bay and is ideal for a large sized family. The villa offers a luxurious setting and is located in a calm and picturesque surrounding, commanding magnificent panoramic views of the sea and a spectacular mountain range.

On the ground floor the villa offers luxurious/spacious living and dining room which are elegantly furnished and decorated.

The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, hob cooker and oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine, crockery and cutlery.

There is also a downstairs w/c with hand basin.

On the first floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms that can easily accommodate in privacy up to six persons. The Master Bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a double bed, side tables, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with twin single beds, side tables and
fitted wardrobes and share a large family bathroom.

Outside one can enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden and private swimming pool, which are both the focal point of our villas. This is the place solely for you to rest and relax in. All necessary garden and patio furniture are provided.

All rental prices are fully inclusive of air-conditioning.

Of particular note was the fact that a few months after we had booked the villa, you discovered that building work had started behind the villa, notified us of this, and offered us a full refund of deposit if we wanted. The information pack you provided before the start of our holiday contained everything we needed to know. You have managed to combine the ease of internet booking without losing the personal touch - excellent.

Villa Haven is a lovely villa which has all the facilities that a family needs. It is located in an ideal position, just 5 minutes walk from the main street of bars and restaurants, yet far enough out not to be affected by any noise. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, but we found that we did not use the beach as much as expected due to the lovely pool where we could relax without being overlooked by other properties.
